Really enjoyed practicing with Cyril - he was great at encouraging you to push yourself but made a challenging practice feel very accessible. Went twice in our short trip, highly recommend!

Cyril is an excellent instructor. His class flowed and the two hours went by very quickly! What makes Cyril unique is his presence. He made it easy to feel confident in trying and pushing myself harder because he physically helped by adjusting my posture and encouraging me to go to my maximum. I did my first hand stand ever in Cyril's class and it has been a fear of mine for a while. If you're in Goa I highly recommend Cyril to bring a mindfulness component to your day and vacation. Me & my husband just had a 2 hour yoga class with Cyril to end our holiday in Calangute, Goa. Cyril was extremely good at adjusting asanas, where we thought we were giving 100% effort, he managed to encourage us to practice the poses much deeper. I'm used to UK yoga classes, and Cyril's teaching has made me realise we are more capable than we think. I highly recommend doing Cyril Yoga. I am always a little apprehensive of privately guided tours without knowing the person in advance, but Cyril Yogi is wonderful. From the moment we met him, his kindness and professionalism was obvious to us. He is kind, respectful, and highly knowledgeable, and just an overall beautiful person with a great spirit. He strikes a great balance between spirituality and facts about the area and landscape. I will definitely be back again Thank you Cyril Yogi.

Unbelievable miracles from Cyril yogi Class Did you see the real Yoga guru in India? Just go to one yoga session With Cyril Yogi you will feel that. Simply is the best. Friendly behaviour. I can say in the world only one person Cyril yogi can make your inner spirit waking up within 2 hours hard work. His family traditional Yoga class. I believe this is a one of the biggest tourist attraction place in the future. I am highly recommending for everyone just to try one yoga session with great Indian Yogi.

Outstanding Yoga Class With Cyril Yogi: This is the second year that I've been to Goa to do yoga with 'Cyril Yogi'. The first time I visited Cyril Yoga was with a friend at the end of our holiday and I was completely sold on his yoga. When I came back to Sweden, I missed the energy, the physical challenge and the way he teaches yoga. I have since visited several different yoga centers, but the yoga was not as good! I therefore invited Cyril to Sweden to teach more yoga. Now I'm back in Goa again and I've been going to his 21-day yoga course with yoga twice a day. When it was finished, I started his one-year yoga teacher education. Try his yoga you will not be disappointed.

Wow. Cyril is a true Yogi. A beautiful human who taught me so much and pushed me to go to places I didn't expect I could. If I could have spent more time in Goa it would have included mornings at Cyril Yoga.
