I have been learning yoga at Ashtang Yoga School for last five years. I am highly impressed with Guru Guatam. The way they teach us is quite impressive. He take care of each and every individual during the class so every one enjoys equally. by doing yoga in his class I fully charged and my energy level is so high entire day. Good place to practice yoga. Best thing is Gautam sir will take care of individual needs. Sir keeps the atmosphere live and that makes every one active in every session. Right place to join here.
I have been going to Ashtang Yoga class since last 5 years. It is one of the best classes I have been to. Gautam Ram is very knowledgable and always makes sure you give your best. He has also helped me in managing a lot of health problems with the help of yoga. I will recommend everyone looking to get started with yoga to join the class.

Wow. I cannot say enough wonderful things about ashtang yoga school. I was introduced to this amazing place through their Absolute Beginners class, and felt such a strong connection immediately. I had experience with yoga in the past, but always found it very intimidating, disconnected and a bit cliche - ashtang yoga is the complete opposite. The small classes, comforting energy, and holistic approach, is what keeps me coming back. Leslie's knowledge about the history of yoga, and the human body is extensive, and enlightening. The small classes allow each student to receive the patience and attention they may need. I highly recommend trying out the restorative yoga session, if you haven't already. I was searching for a way to connect my spiritual journey, with the body that is carrying me through this earth - and I have found that connection in asthang . I learn something new in every single class, and always leave feeling refreshed and renewed. I would recommend ashtang Yoga to absolutely anyone, and everyone.
