I have been a regular customer of Ashtamudi Attingal for past one year.I got my smoothening, detan facial and hair colouring from them.Smoothening and hair colouring were so satisfying but the facial left blisters in my face. I visited Ashtamudi Attingal 3 times and all the staff's have been changed now.Yesterday I went there for Nano plastia and I even informed them about my visit on Saturday afternoon through WhatsApp.When I came to the saloon the front office staff informed me that there are 2 nanoplastia treatments being getting done and you have to wait for 1 hour or else come on next day .I told them I'll wait for till the treatments are done since I can't come on the next day... I wait their for more than 1 n half hour but still the treatment was not finished and I have to leave since I can't wait anymore since I have an infant at home... I admit the fact that nanoplastia is very time consuming procedure and they can inform me about postponding the procedure for some other day before coming there .. I was very much disappointed about the pathetic customer service from them especially the front office staff as just a WhatsApp text from her can save my time....
The make-up artist that arrived for my wife's pre-wedding makeup appointment left her with a lot of terrible memories. The artist had completely destroyed her face, and the unhygienic use of the contact lenses had left the bride's eyes weeping. Very disappointing. Can't be recommend and the makeup was not worth the money Rs12,000.
