I had a disappointing experience at Ashtamudi Beauty Salon. I visited after a long day at the office, hoping for a quick threading service. Unfortunately, the wait time was much longer than expected, exceeding the initially communicated duration.Waiting for half an hour is understandable, but the additional delay and lack of clarity were frustrating. It was disheartening to see that threading, a seemingly routine service, was not efficiently managed. I couldn't help but wonder why other available staff members weren't able to assist. In contrast, it seems that other services like hair spas receive more prompt attention. This inconsistency is disappointing, especially when threading is equally valued by customers. Timely service and equal attention to all treatments would greatly enhance the customer experience.

This the first time I got a facial done from Ashtamudi. Ms Aarti was the one who provided me with the service which was excellent & relaxing. She took great care for my sensitive skin & actually managed to get all the impurities & blackheads out & left my skin baby soft which never happened whenever I used to go for facials in other parlours, which is why I'm so impressed with her work. Typically I never ask the names of the the staff at any parlours. But this time I had to because if I went there again, I wanted to prefer her service again. Four star is only because the team has to be better at giving accurate information regarding the time requirements for the procedure. I have no complaints if it goes on for long time. But just tell that in the beginning accurately so that we can plan accordingly. Otherwise, the experience was good. However, treatments are pretty expensive to be done regularly.

I did my haircut and hair coloring today . Mr. Vivek helped me out choosing a nice color.frankly @the reception girl was very caring. Really happy with the service. Thank you Mr. Vivek and ashtamudi team.

I have visited your salon many times. Most of the time I was satisfied with your work. But today I am not satisfied with my hair cut & service. I think your old hair stylist is better in service. Especially when we are providing this much amount, we expect the service to be last atleast for some time. Earlier it was not like that.

Excellent customer service by Ashtamudi staff members. Had gone for hair treatment and they suggested me the best treatment Did kera smoothening and it was a great experience. Special thanks to Mr. Nirmal Dev who attended this procedure for 6 hours as my hair was too frizzy and with extreme patience he completed the procedure by 10.30 night . Really worth every penny.
