Really great place and nature view from the top of the hill and we had a nice darshan as generally lines are very small and if there is a long line go for a middle man and he can charge you 200 rs for 3 person is a fare cost if they are charging more than that don't go with them
Ashtabhuja Devi Temple, as the name suggests, is dedicated to the goddess Ashtbhuja, who was the daughter of Yashoda, the foster mother of Lord Krishna. As the legends say, she escaped miraculously from the heinous clutches of the demon king, Kans, of Mathura and landed upon a hilltop in Vindhyachal mountains. The majestic temple is nestled atop the Vindhyachal mountain. Ashtabhuja Devi Temple was built to commemorate the event. It is located three kilometres from the other important temple dedicated to Vindhyavasini Devi. The temple is situated against the backdrop of the majestic mountain range and is a great attraction for tourists as well as devotees because of its serene and picturesque surroundings. In the days of yore, the venue was a favourite destination of the kings who would visit it to perform secret poojas, yagyas and rituals with the help of the tantriks for scoring victories over their rivals and for the fulfillment of their desires.
Mata Mandir is situated on a small hill but easy to climb. Great peace of mind you will feel in there. Beware of Pandas (pandits) in the temple as at every step you will find them hungry for money and dakshina forcefully so strictly avoid them. Great place.
Situated on top of the hill with serene environment and wonderful view. Must visit place if you're coming to Vindhyachal. Very peaceful, ritual and close to nature.
Mother Ashtabhuja is the younger sister of Lord Krishna. The temple of Maa Ashtabhuja is situated at a distance of two kilometers from Maa Vindhyavasini temple. A large number of devotees come to the court of Maa Ashtabhuja. It is believed that the Cruel Kansa, fearing his death, had imprisoned his sister Devaki after she became the voice of the sky. Where he used to kill every child born in the womb. Meanwhile, mother Ashtabhuja is born from Devaki's womb. As soon as Kansa is about to kill her, she gets released from his hands and sits on Vindhyachal hill. Lakhs of people gather to have the darshan of Maa Ashtabhuja in the form of Maa Swaraswati. Jai Ma Asthbhuja.
Jai Mata di. I have visited here with my family. You will feel awesome after Devi Darshan There is one thing that I feel a little uncomfortable about unnecessary demand by special people.
Temple is situated above the mountain , it is so historic and beautiful. There is no rush in normal day but when you try to visit on special occasion like navratri you will face so much difficulty coz bad management.
