Worst ever hotel experience in my life, had to pay extra for check in, badsheet was torn, and dirty, blanket was dirty and stinky, and there was smell all over the room, and eve the guyand later things was damage was we were suddenly responsible for it and we had to pay. And the worst of all the services was the worst.
Such a poor room with poor service, staff are not cooperative and not even answer the calls.
I could not explain the agony faced in this stay in words. Worst of the worst experience in my entire hotel stay. 1. Room's furniture were all broken here and there. 2. Wash basin is broken and no wash basin in bathroom 3. Somekind of insects were in sworms in the ceiling which is not going out on many try. 4. The worst part: booked for one fare online in oyo app and the hotel guy denied room claiming extra. Then we checked in paying extra. How wonderful. 5. The overall environment of the hotel was like a third rated hotel with a stinky smell. 6. We booked along with breakfast for a initial fare and came to know that no breakfast arrangements even for a higher fare we ended up paying when we checked in. 7. Overall, this was our worst ever hotel stay.
When you enter the room, you feel cozy Service, staff behaviour and facilities are up to the mark. Had a pleasant stay here. The best part is its location.Definitely would love to come again.
I stayed here for 28 days. One of the best stays in Banlgore with a beautiful Golf view . The people and caretakers are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and hygenic. One of the best affordable stay you could get in this area. Keep up the good work . Very satisfied with the stay.
Beware of these fraud. Never ever book this hotel, they will make you extra 1231/- for the payment. while booking they show breakfast and dinner. but they never supply anything. even we show them invoice/ bills generated, they will argue for extra amount and rooms are really like slums, no Uber service. I suggest you all to stay away from this hotel and Stay way from OYO Rooms, both of them are cheaters...
Water clogged in bathroom. No support from Hotel as they said it is construction issue. Did not even consider the request to change room. TV was just a show piece. No hot water was available in morning. Neither the reception guy nor the owner bothered to fix it. Had to shout on them after which it got resolved. I had finalized this property after lot of positive reviews in OYO but after the visit, I doubt whether the reviews are genuine.
I booked this hotel after checking the reviews and it seemed pretty decent. Until i had to pay extra 600 even after paying 1400 to get into my room. Tried to complain oyo but their option is to cancel or get another hotel which didn't work. Great job Oyo. I'll continue to rate the app and will do my best to get this fraudulent down. And the hotel is the worst I've ever stayed. I didn't do anything else only because i didn't had time. Good job Ashrey noncomforts.
