We were in India for only 1 week and we found Ashoks Taxi Tours to be tremendous to deal with, they answered any questions promptly when we booked many months before. On arrival in India the owner rang us once we were with Kishan our driver for the week to make sure all was well. After the first day Kishan quickly changed the schedule to visit less sights than originally planned so we could stay within our limited budget and that we were tired after several months of hiking through central Asia. Kishan made us aware of any things/people we should be careful of at places of concern prior to arriving. On the last day we met the owner and one other driver called Prem who were also fantastic. On our way to the airport, we were contacted by Ashok's taxi tours owner and farewelled! I would have no concern recommending this company to all people traveling to India.

A special thanks to our driver, Prem, who accompanied us throughout the entire 3.5-week trip and always ensured our safety and comfort, driving us from place to place in a clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable car. Taking a tour with Ashok is like driving with a friend. He drove us safely from Delhi to Agra, Jaipur and other amazing places. He always gave us tips on where to go or suggested unknown sights. Mr. Ashok was the best experience of my India trip, which finished a few days ago. I have booked him and his company for an intense just a few days tours of the Golden Triangle, and it went more than well. I have created my own schedule with touring all day and driving to the next site when it is dark. Mr. Ashok was flawless in every aspect of the service provided - extremely flexible, suggesting the best and optimized plans, and providing hints and insights into the local culture. He took me saree shopping at 9 pm in the evening in one of the cheapest markets, bargaining. He is great with local authentic food places selection. The level of cleanliness, safety, responsiveness, and client orientation is unseen! I hired a taxi driver, and when I left India, I left a friend and protector behind. 1000 % recommendation for Ashok's Taxi services. I am definitely coming back to use him again. He is also full of stories and information on local reality and habits, but he can be silent and not be in your personal space if you are non-chatter.

We (me and my 23 year old daughter) planned a tour starting in Delhi and going via Agra to Rajasthan within only one week. I found Ashoks taxi tours in the internet and thought, this is exactly what we need. A car with an experienced driver who brings us safely to all places we wish to see! It is absolutely amazing what you can see and experience in such short time, even without stress. Ashok speaks very good, understandable English, but he is not talking all the time. And he is not one of these guides, who want to make you believe that they know it all. Even better, you are not "encouraged" to shopping. We as Germans likes especially that he is absolutely punctual, reliable, always friendly and keeps his car clean. We discussed the tour, possible hotels and the price beforehand with his son Manish, so there are no bad surprises! You can choose whatever hotel you like, provided that it can be reached by car. At the end, our airline cancelled our flight, but Ashok helped us to fly one day earlier from Jaisalmer. When we arrived back in Delhi, we had time for a day tour, which was not planned. Ashok himself was still on the way back, but he sent us another reliable driver for that day. Thank you Ashok for all you have done for us!

Nous avions besoin de quelqu'un d'honnete, fiable et avec une bonne connaissance des endroits que nous voulions visiter lors de notre voyage de 10 jours pour visiter Delhi/Rajasthan/Haryana en Decembre 2021. Des le premier echange par mail, l'interaction que nous avons eue en ligne avec Ashok ji et son fils, etait tres professionnelle et transparente. NB: "ji" est un suffix couramment employe dans le nord de l'Inde comme signe de respect. Ils nous ont guides et nous ont donne des suggestions concernant l'itineraire qu'on avait initialement prevu et ont proactivement propose de nombreuses idees qui nous ont aides a optimiser notre voyage. Pour chaque changement que nous avons demande, ils ont ete tres accommodants et nous ont fourni des devis revises tres rapidement. Leur tarif, annonces dans un devis tres professionnel, etait clair et extremement raisonnables en comparaison avec deux autres services qu'on avait contacte et qui s'efforcaient de rester deliberement vagues quant a leurs prix. En raison de la pandemie, nous avions des coups de chaud et nous etions meme resignes a annuler notre voyage un moment donne. Ayant deja verse une avance de 25%, nous craignions de perdre cet argent. Ils nous ont rapidement rassure que notre argent serait rembourse en cas d'annulation en raison de la pandemie. En arrivant a Delhi, Ashok ji etait deja present et nous attendait a la sortie et nous a rapidement accueillis a notre arrivee. A partir de ce moment et jusqu'a la fin de notre voyage, Ashokji etait a nos cotes et nous a aides avec des suggestions et des conseils tres utiles. Il doit souligne que Ashok ji a porte un masque (comme nous l'avons fait) et qu'il a respecte les gestes barrieres tout au long de notre voyage. Grace a Ashok ji, nous avons pu vraiment nous detendre et profiter au maximum de notre voyage. Sa voiture etait tres confortable, tres bien entretenue et parfaitement adaptee pour nous deux. Ashok ji est un excellent chauffeur, et a etait ponctuel TOUS les jours (helas, assez rare en Inde). C'est un merveilleux compteur d'anecdotes et une personne tres honnete et directe. Au-dela du Hindi, il parle couramment l'Anglais. Chaque jour, il nous a indique a l'avance l'itineraire quotidien, les lieux a visiter en route (souvent adapte en fonction du temps et des autres contraintes). Son souci du detail est louable et nous nous sommes senti completement a l'aise avec lui des le depart. Un autre point qui nous a etonne est sa maitrise des routes de Delhi/Rajasthan/Haryana, qu'il connait litteralement comme dans sa poche et sans avoir besoin de GPS ! Pour les longs trajets, nous pouvions nous assoupir sans aucun stress en sachant que Ashok ji etait la et alerte. Nous avons egalement apprecie son comportement direct. Il nous a jamais recommande de magasin ou de guide et nous a informes de tous les pieges a touristes afin que nous puissions les eviter. Il nous a meme fait visiter des endroits qui ne figuraient pas sur notre liste et c'etait a chaque fois des endroits magnifiques! Pendant les longs trajets, il nous a egalement partage des anecdotes tres amusantes, tirees de son experience riche de plus de 30 ans en tant que chauffeur d'une grande variete de touristes internationaux et Indiens. Tout cela sans etre intrusif ou barbant. A la fin de notre voyage, mon mari et moi avions differents vols a prendre en raison de changements de derniere minute et Ashok ji a encore une fois ete au rendez-vous. Il a reussi a deposer chacun d'entre nous a l'aeroport malgre les restrictions de couvre-feu en vigueur. En tant que globe-trotteurs aguerris, nous le recommandons tres fortement a tous touristes qui souhaiterait decouvrir l'Inde du Nord - etranger ou Indien. We were five of our family, on a trip from Delhi to Nainital and Jim corbett. We had booked online; after much research, with Ashok's Taxi Tours ( Ashok Kumar Bhardwaj ), a cab rental service in Delhi. We zeroed down on Ashok's because of the good rating in TripAdvisor and Google, the frank and prompt response to each of our queries, their willingness to adjust to our changing schedules and a modest rate quote. We were given an Innova car in good condition and driver, Manoj (a middle aged gentleman from Delhi). The cab arrived well in time; Manoj insisted that he himself load all our heavy suitcases on the overheard carrier and inside the car. Five of us started at 10:30 AM on 11th Jan 2020 from Noida to Nainital. Manoj was well versed with our routes to Nainital, from there to Jim Corbett and back to Delhi Airport for this 5 day trip. All through the trip, his driving (especially along the mountain routes, made dangerous with occasional snow covered roads) was commendable. Throughout the trip he kept punctuality, was ever willing to help, cordial and communicative but not talkative. We got the feeling that Manoj had taken unto himself the responsibility of treating us as his personal guests; guided us and happily looked after our needs with care. The trip ended on 15th Jan, at Delhi airport; with fond memories of our sight seeing and pleasent experience with our tour operator and driver. Team Ashok's Taxi Tours and Mr.Manoj; well done.
