Good hotel with clean maintenance. Good Staff with response. My Issue is no hot water for bathing. The hotel is on the Solar water heater system
Ashoka Punalur, highlight of this property is it's location.
Property located close to NH, close to town , easy locate, ample parking space, spacious rooms.
But they don't have a restaurant and staffs to cater.
What I felt is that they are under renovation and BAR with restaurant will be open in coming months.
Toilets in room were not that clean, bed linen were also slightly littered.
If you are on a corporate journey or just one night stay is ok then go for Ashoka
Ashoka hotel is situated nearer to Punalur railway station and Private bus stand. No crowd. Room maintenance is very good. Restaurant no function. TV function in a room with a limited channel only. Reasonable rent on direct booking. Mall / cinema screen / restaurant / transport facilities are available very nearer. Recommended for staying.
Well maintained rooms with neat services. The hot water heater was not working during the stay. Otherwise it was a decent experience. Safe for family and ladies. Shino treated us well. Thank you
Booked a room for today april 14 2022 and while i went there hotel was closed and i was left stranded. None was answering the calls. Awful experience.

I booked by directly by calling your landline number.. not through any app mister.. and its your duty to inform us if your stupid thing is closed or not. And moreover the landline which i have contacted is temporarily out of order. I came to your hotel yesterday evening and saw that it was closed. Dont blame others for your worst service. And if your hotel remains closed for the day why would you be accepting booking while i had called. Worst service ever. !

Kailas Mahal , Punalur is located close to road but slightly hard to locate.
Property located close to NH, close to town , good for single travellers and job related travels.
