Ashoka Hotel Jagadalpur - Hotel in Shanti Nagar - Bastar, India

We stayed for almost 5 days, in our room washroom Exhaust was not working we requested for repairing, First time he said yes we have informed to technician, on 3rd day we asked staff rudely replied that it cannot get repaired now & they demanding for money, u have extended your stay so pay for further stay immediately that too very rudely. They don't care customer satisfaction at all. Staff was very very rude. There were the cocroaches in the washroom. Not at all recommended. Visited first and last time this place.

Very rude behavior of front desk executive.. I was shochked how to manage this hotel by such illiterate person. When we query about electricity cut, there is no satisfactory answer & also he said that "aage koi dusra hotel dekh lo." Never heard sach word from a hospitality person..

Good location. Rooms are nice. The toilet was not properly cleaned. Staffs are apathetic to provide service. It seems once they provide the room, they don't care. But they served the food properly. Food was nice. Except the room( not toilet) and location, the hotel is not upto the mark.

This is a budget family hotel & the overall experience was excellent. Rooms, washroom & staff were good. Room & toilet was daily cleaned, bedsheets also daily changed. All food & snacks item are available, food is to be ordered in room only. This hotel is near Gurudwara & 2-2.5 kilometres from railway station.

I will give this hotel 5 star. Service is good here. you can find both AC and non AC room here. I stayed in non AC room which cost me 750 Rs for 24 hrs. In this hotel underground parking is also available. Hotel rooms are neat and clean. Better room service provided. Hotel is close near to new Bus Stand.

Nice hotel....service is ok....just opposite to bus stand.....cleaning and hygiene maintenance is good...

Very good experience and stay at the hotel, it is very near to bus station and around 1 km away from Jagdalpur railway station. The rooms and bathrooms were maintained good and cleaned everyday. Only thing negative is in house restaurant and the menu is limited specially breakfast options.

Good Service In budget Hotel, Rooms are neat and clean Staff behaviour is good Only thing missing is restaurant you can only place order for room service. Food menu is limited with vegetarian options only!
