Ashoka Hospital - Hospital in Kannur - Kannur, India

I have been a patient of Ashoka EYE hospital for many years. Dr Aravind and Dr Suchitra are both very competent. My parents are also very happy and comfortable with their care. They have renovated the Eye hospital recently. I found the medical staff very polite. Usually a renovation means increase in patient bills also but I found the charges are very reasonable.

The customer relations are tooo bad.she don't have the minimum standards. Behaving very very rude while asking basic queries, as she is doing some favour to us for free.I didn't see a behaviour from any CRE in my entire life.

Good care, pediatric doctor and nurses very good, best rooms

Pediatrics section is very much congested and crowded. High chances of spreading the diseases from one patient to another. No provision for social distancing and not sure if regular sanitization is done. In addition, there is no proper feeding room for mother and babies. Very much disappointing. At the billing counter, they don't give the receipt of consultation fee payment.

Ashoka Hospital is a Multi Speciality Hospital situated at Near Caltex Junction, Kannur, Kerala. This hospital has all basic facilities like 24 Hours Emergency, O.P.D., In-Patient Department, Diagnostic Lab and Pharmacy.

Bad experience. Not considering the patients time and all.

My experience with Doctor Suchitra Bhatt changed my outlook of the whole hospital. She is a gentle human. Treated me like a son.Used kind words and advised me to keep a check on my stress levels as they coule lead to further aggravation of my condition (csr)

Today 27th. Dr. PRASANTH reached by 10.37 am. More than 50 token issued. Mothers and babies standing(crowded) along narrow varanda for hours. No sitting arrangements. Value of time of public not reckoned. But doctors time is money . Please lookinto.
