Horrible experience today. Food quality was below avarage.I ordered a chicken biriyani which having no raita with it.for the first time i was having this experience there.Also at the time of bill payment the staff said how i pay tip ,online or cash.so unprofessional behaviour from them.Its upto me about the tip.but they decided that.Better u go any other restuarant.Worst experience there.
Food quality is very good. Drinks available. Attractive desert. The most important thing is the very good behavior of the staff. Go and enjoy.
Atmosphere is horrible and not even worth giving it one star. Rude staff and bad customer service. Not at all couple-friendly. Not recommended at all! Don't waste your time and money.

What a wonderful experience. Excellent and tasty food, with reasonable prices plus nicely chilled . The standout is the service. We had an excellent waiter, on top of his game, friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Great AC too. Definately recommend.
Perfect Ambience ! Good Staffs ! Smoking area is the Washroom. However if you are visiting this place after going through some RESTAURANT/PUB applications, you might get a bit disappointed as the PRICE CHARTS vary. So it is either the fault of this Place or the APP.
Ashoka Bar & Restaurant is situated right behind one of the Esplanade Metro Railway Gates. It is also right next to Dharmatala Chowrasta. Best thing about the office para bars are that they supply decent alcohol at a decent price. The servers are decent, understanding and always helpful, even if the crowd gets heavy. You get both Indian and chinese dishes there, and the indian ones taste better here in my opinion. There is also two televisions in here, helps during the games. Visit if you are around Esplanade, looking to escape the frenzy outside and want to swig a sip or two in peace.
