Worst service and horrible condition of the bus. The bus was different from online, they use passenger bus as a carriage service, poor time management bus time was 9.30 pm left from site 10.45 pm around. In the image, you can see that passage is blocked by huge goods, you have to climb over go. The bus was overloaded not only from inside but outside as well missed to record that. The charging point was not working. Bus no. 1121 that we board on 26/11/2021.
A bunch of stupid, cheating, creeps run it. Everything they show or say is a lie. I made a booking online via redbus, when i arrived they made me shuffle between two offices for two hours or so. Neither the bus was the same, nor the timing or the seat no. They tried to convince me to pay extra fair. They tried to persuade me to leave my luggage and go out, may be for a walk. They even tried to send me on a ordinary bus against my booking for an a/c bus. The departure was scheduled at 06:30 pm but it departed at 10:00 pm. May be you liked my experience, if so, go for it. But don't lay it on me, i warned you.
Please never choose this traveller service...worst experience that I had. Buses are just like local buses and so dirty and make fake promises when you asked to book a ticket like they will provide blanket, water bottles etc. and no one take responsibility to board the bus just they will tell you the bus location and rest of your your responsibility to take board ,no matters which seat you have selected . And if you asked for service that they had words then they behave very badly even they asked to not to go and come back to office for cancellations at that time because at that time you would not be able to book ticket from other travelers. Unfortunately I took service from Delhi to katra and bus timing was 7:30 pm but they left Delhi around 11PM and reached katra at 5PM next day So request you please never choose the service from this ghatiya travellers. Don't go with pics that they posted on banner to make you fools.
These are the scum of the earth kind of people. You miss your 11:50 PM train and get to their office at 12:30 in the night, they will say there's a bus at 1:30 definitely, get you to book it and then it turns out that it was always scheduled at 3:00. Then, and this is a real thing, they said "dont trains start late? The what do you do?". Then they say that they don't want to get into an argument so you can take your refund, but it's only going to be 50%. Eventually an elderly man intervened and shut that young punk up. So just be warned about the kind of people you will be traveling through. Scavengers
Worst travelling agency on the face of earth. Their buses are pathetic and the cabins are just like coffins where you can't even move. The agent on the counter is so rude that he starts misbehaving if you ask for something. Bus drivers and conductor abused a lady in midway when she asked them to stop the bus for a moment as she wants to go outside. Go by foot but don't travel with this agency.
Don't Contact for bus bookings from New Delhi. Very late and slow service. Buses are never on time. Worst Customer service. I am warning you. Don't book tickets from here.

One of the worth bus I have ever travel. The bus driver drink and drive also sleep during driving. Always being late arrival and droping. They did not even provide a charging point in bus. If I had authroity to give rating in negative I gave -10/10 .
