I am traveling to jhasi to indore 5055 bus number A/C coch but during the journey driver has off cooling system when we spoke to him they side cooling system coleps we all customers piad a/c coch rant.. our journey as compared non a/c coch..& also driving part very poor and raised driving...
Extremely pathetic, very rude behaviour - you are unsafe if you are traveling in this bus. Not recommended at all.

I have booked the ticket for two woman's from sehore to Indore. They didn't even pick them due to rush in sehore. I have to arrange new bus for them. It was late night. I called them next morning for the refund, but they were yelling at me by telling that I would had call them at night for the refund. Even if I call them at night, they will offcourse create new excuse. Bad service.
Its been a long time..i travelled during the covid times..at that time the safety and hygiene was well maintained..to ensure that there were no curtains and we were not provided with the blankets also..everyone was wearing mask in the bus..the bus is always on time..and i reached home before time. I also came to pick up my parcel which was very carefully packed. Not giving full stars because sometime they have AC problem , or rush drivers and music problem..they play very loud music. Bus did not come on the day of journey, and said it was canceled. I also did not get any information about cancellation. On the day, I got the message, please be on time. Suddenly I was shoked. The driver called me the bus was cancelled. Very disappointed. You should not trust this bus. Fraud.
If there is anyway to give negative rating other than one star I would love to give. Points extremely lacking in service: 1. No management. 2. No customer focused. 3. Army of illiterate people. 4. Bus condition and music system is worst. Have your own food and blanket before you start your journey, they don't even have a single stop for refreshment and nature call for first 10 hours. those who gave them 4 or 5 stars must be paid or known person I suppose . CONSIDER THOSE POINTS SERIOUSLY IF U WANT TO TRAVEL.
