Online services is very good. Ajmer to Delhi bus service
Worst experience ever. I booked tickets online for simple sitting seats, they called me at noon the same day of my journey that only sleeper bus is available and you will have to pay extra for that. As I hadn't any option I opted to pay extra. But the driver dropped me in Delhi instead of Gurugram. I booked my drop point Gurugram, at the time of booking they give option to drop you anywhere, but they will drop only in Delhi. What rubbish.....
Don't buy ticket from Pushkar to Delhi. I tried more than half a day calling to them and they don't pick up the phone or don't speak English. Finally I asked some local guy to speak with them and I got info that they cancelled my bus around 11.00 am. Bus departure was 08.00 pm. I was trying to call them from 12.00 pm because even bus location was not precised. Finally I found parked bus in very bad condition so maybe better was me was not took this risk.
My travel was so terrific from Ajmer to Gurgaon on 24th Sep , my dropping point was Gurgaon but bus operator didn't drop me at Rajiv chowk/Iffco Chowk/Shanker Chowk, he drop me at Delhi after many request. He was so arrogant person. I m not suggesting to travels from them.
The wrost experience of life to travel with Ashoka travels Ajmer . Today we had tickets from Ajmer to Jaipur they asked us to be on Parbat pur under fly over at 10:00am. The bus reached at 11:26am almost one and half hour late..Driver number given by the agency was switched off so we called to Agency directly and asked about the bus. Worst ever experience of bus service, travel Ajmer to Delhi in 12 hours, no cooperation from agency after bus become defective. I advice everyone but to travel from this even they provide free journey.
