Nice place. Situated near dhauli picnic spot. It glorify ashokans regin and brave story of utkalians. It is busdhist tourist attraction. Situated in the bank of river Daya and few km away from bbsr. Situated on the way to Puri. This place is highly recognisible in the aspects of history which helps many aspirants for their competative preparations.
It's a wonderful piece of ancient wonder during Ashoka's reign. You may find the Buddhist temple with a modern touch. Avoid visiting the place during warm weather or when the sun is overhead. Pleasant weather is a must if you want to enjoy the beauty of this place.
Great place.. a peaceful place.. where one can see the the stone panels displaying Budhas foot prints and the bodhi tree.. must visit if ur in Bhubaneswar. It's a nice quaint place located at the hilltop of Dhauli.. The place also has an very intricately designed shanti Stupa and many small Buddhist places which gives the place an unique aura of Peace and calmness. The place offers a bird's eye view of the whole city which is truly mesmerizing.. Nice place to spend an evening or weekend with family and friends.
