Hotel rooms are good, i stayed with my family 2 nights there. The owner was very caring and supportive to us. The room service was good and staff was also supportive. Food is also good in reasonable price. Will recommend it. It is near to Ram ghat.

Worst Hotel i ever stayed , dirty rooms and toilets. Water coming out from toilet seat. Bed is full of insects. Dirty premises. No facility in rooms. AC not cooling good. Bad sheets were dirty. The only thing is good that hotel is near Ramghat but you have many more better options at this price in 1km radius.
Honestly, this hotel was very good.. I stayed here in 2015. The food quality was absolutely amazing. This is a review based on my visit in 2015(not after covid so can't really tell you all about current situation)..
Unacceptable level rude behaviour of owner as well as staff. Pls don't visit. Low quality food. Owner behaviour like dictator. Chef of the hotel Don't know the difference between dishes mentioned in the menu. I asked him to provide a Shahi paneer (because I can't eat spicy food) but he provided a common paneer dish which was spicy and the same dish was served in common 'Thali' orders. People spent 150 rs for whole thali and I sent 150 rs only for 1 paneer dish and I found no difference in both dishes. When I complained, he shouted in between whole customer and staff. He had not provided any other dish and I left the restaurant without having food. So I had never seen this kind of behaviour of any owner as well as staff.

Worst food quality and service. Staff is highly unprofessional. Even they don't how to communicate with customer. On the basis of google review I went there but there I found a restaurant like a flea market. I don't know why some people have given 5 star, May be they are there own people.
