I stayed at this hotel recently, and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the bathroom. It was in poor condition, with a huge hole in the ceiling, which was not only unsightly but also a concern for safety and cleanliness. The presence of such a big hole raised questions about the maintenance standards of the hotel. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit in the room was in dire need of cleaning. It seemed like it had not been serviced in a long time, as it emitted a musty smell when turned on. This made the room feel unpleasant and uncomfortable to stay in. Overall, my experience at this hotel was negatively impacted by the subpar bathroom condition and the uncleaned air conditioning. These issues are basic amenities that guests expect to be properly maintained, and the lack of attention to detail and cleanliness left a lasting negative impression. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more pleasant and comfortable stay for future guests. As it stands, I would not recommend this hotel to others until these issues are addressed.

Clean, budget friendly, hospitable staff. Absolutely no inconvenience, close to all major party places. Worth your stay for sure. And the bonus is the garden 2.0 restaurant right outside. The food is great. Everything about this place is a

Hospitality good... If they provide .. complimentary tiffen as either idly or upma instead of bred and amlet. Door keys also in good condition. Within hotel , some bad smell also coming... kindly look into

A three-star hotel located in the education city of Manipal.. It was opened in 2001.. I happened to stay in this hotel twice recently, one from 20th to 24th of July, and now from 13th to 15th of August.. I am writing this review from these experiences.. Rooms are very good, neat and spacious.. With two beds, it will be good for those wanting to sleep alone.. But service is one among the worst I had even seen in my life.. Tea was not served in time, and it was our electric kettle which saved us.. The restaurant below had decent food, but the quantity was low.. Overall, it was a mixed experience. Can say neither good nor bad..

Hotel Staff seems doing government type duty, not bothered about welcoming guests, receptionists lack courtesy, hotel infrastructure and location is great but staff needs a tune up.

Ashlesh hotel, an economic solution for short stay, staff are friendly. For 3 persons one day stay cost for less than Rs. 2500 Room floors are clean, hotel staff helped booking auto for us to reach canara institute of bank management for Rs. 120. We enjoyed stay comfortably at hotel ashlesh.

My recent stay at here was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Not only was the service terrible, but I was also charged an exorbitant amount of Rs. 2000 per room, without receiving a proper bill. This lack of transparency was unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the hotel's honesty I asked the bill aslo he didn't gave me the bill. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The combination of terrible service, dishonest billing, and subpar room conditions made for an extremely unpleasant experience. There are many other hotels in the area that would provide a much more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
