its been there for quite some time and has been delivering quality food for years. the staff here is experienced and you will get what you ordered. In rush hours, you will need to wait for a bit but this goes for all restaurants. The food quantity is sufficient and quality is amazing. Cheese butter masala is a must try here. This place is not wheelchair accessible. You can comfortably visit this place with your family. It is not on the ground floor so if you're with elderly members, they'd have to climb 20ish stairs. Stairs are also comfortable and outdoor.

My go-to place any day. I have been visiting them since late 90s when i was a kid. Their taste n quality is awesome and at a reasonable price. Ambiance is average but we don't eat ambiance, right ? It is food that matters. Staff and management are also good. Recommended anytime any day.

In diwali season, I visited this place after a long time with reference to my nice past experience.. But this time quality of dal, sabji and biryani are deteriorate....cross cutting in quantity also. Pot of dal and subji are also very small in size... Dal and curry is very thin ....behaviour of staff are also rude...they are forced to eat fast and leave the dining area.... So others are come fast...

We always prefer to take out Punjabi food.Very taste food . Repeatedly we take out the fix Punjabi thali ( sufficient quantity for one person). Rates okay. Good place for a limited persons party.

Overall, I recommend this restaurant for its delicious food and excellent service, but do consider the parking situation and the special restrictions on busy days.

I visited Ashish Restaurant today for dinner near kankaria lake gate no. 1 opposite Apsara cinema. Everything was superb right from the food to the service and the atmosphere too. I ordered paneer toofani and butter roti. Paneer toofani was delicious and butter roti was also soft. Price was reasonable too. I would recommend Ashish restaurant to all the people who are reading my review.
