Ashirwad Urology and Laparoscopy hospital - Hospital in Margao - South Goa, India

Had a terrible experience. I had taken my father for his enlarged prostate. The doctor knew about all the medications that my father was taking earlier which included a blood thinner.The doctor did a cystoscopy which led to wound and caused infection and bleeding while urination. I called the hospital. The staff is least informed about the doctors availability. One staff said the doctor is available, the other said doctor is not. One said she will speak to the doctor and call. She called me, asked me to come and then suddenly called again and said not to come. So I took my dad to another hospital. I was told here that blood thinners need to be stopped before doing a cystoscopy which was not done in this hospital. This is to your response. Read the review again about how the wound was caused. Also inform your staff that you are always available in the morning and afternoon so that they don't mislead anyone again during an emergency.

My mother in law is diabetic, her sugar levels fell down drastically, she had stone of 10-11 mm, with lot of infection in kidney with swelling, doctor Sharmad suggested stenting and URSL Procedure which was don 15 days after stenting when the infection reduced with his medicines. Procedure was very quick and now she is doing well All staff was supportive , Dr Sharmad was always a call away pre and post operation. Thank you doctor for all your support, God bless you

Dr. Sharmad is a compassionate and caring doctor, beyond he's medical expertise. He made me feel comfortable during appointments. He understood my case scenario very nicely, and was very friendly with the treatment options he gave me. The environment at the hospital also was very pleasant and well maintained. Overall, my experience with him was good.

This doctor so called sharmad is absolutely rude person, he have no manners to talk to his patients, it was the worst experience of my life. I will never recommend this person to any1,

My husband Joseph Alemao underwent surgery at this hospital. Dr. Sharmad who was very polite , explained the procedure to us in detail . The hospital staff is professional , pleasant , and helpful even when they are very busy . Ananya and her team helped with insurance and replied to queries on Sunday night. The hospital is extremely clean . Very impressed and wish all of you the very best. Keep up the good work.

I had 15mm size stone in the kidney Dr. Sharmad has cleared it in one sitting without any cut Dr. Sharmad is very good n understanding n im very happy with the treatment staff are also good.
