The doctor is nice. Make sure to tell him all symptoms/pain issues in detail for proper diagnosis. His team is well behaved. They will explain properly what has to be done as part of the treatment. Take prior appointment and reach on time. They have in house x ray facility with reasonable price and reports in 10-20 minutes.

False diagnosis. Doctor reported No Fracture to a severe fracture even upon X-ray followed by CT scan. Quick consultation for rapid high earning includes negligence towards patient recovery. Witnessed a case which includes Failure in identifying a fracture upon X-ray as well as CT scan. The misguided patient suffered with increased pain & zero recovery during initial 10 days of the injury. Reverification of the patient followed by repeated X-ray by another reputed orthopedic doctor resulted in surprise, as how come the the fracture wasn't identied initially through both X-ray and CT scan. The doctor who denied to have fracture initially is now accepting that yes there is a fracture and I didn't clearly denied (in written) initially that there is no fracture. The patient is now being prepared for a very major femoral head replacement operation. A big loss of initial 10 days and financial loss has been faced by the patient's family. It is advised to all who visit here, to make sure that the doctor clearly writes his statement told to the patient initially during the diagnosis. Please don't accept the long term commitment for revisit, ask the doctor for verification during short time intervals like 2-3 days only. Our belief and faith on the doctors is lowering day by day due to such unacceptable behavior and response by the doctor.

Dr Hemant Chatterjee may be a renowned and knowledgeable doctor, but he is NOT A RELIABLE doctor at all. He doesn't care how much the patient is in pain and gone to him in emergency, his only reply is " Number nahi likhwaya, shaam ho gyi, pain hai to kya hua ". Kudos to you, doc !

There is no reason to give bad review about the DOCTOR. He is nice to his patients and treats them the Best. But some of the workers are thief , they use only half of your prescription and take half with themselves. They are fraud.
