I had a disc protrusion at L5 in spine and sciatica pain due to it at age of 32. I had visited many physiotherapists and orthopaedicians for 3 months but I could not get any relief and was on complete bed rest,then I took treatment from ashirvad institute under guidance of Dr. Laxmi Vas and within one month treatment I am back to normal routine and sports life...I would like to thank Dr.Jhanvi and Laxmi mam from bottom of my heart!! I can now play my favourite sport cricket as well as I did before without any pain!

I had a recurring ganglion on my left wrist for over 8 years. I tried physiotherapy for a long time. I was given ultrasound therapy and strengthening exercises. Even after the therapy and exercising I was unable to lift any kind of weight. 1.5yrs back I was treated by Dr. Jhanvi Hemani, and with only 2 sessions of Dry needling and a few weeks of strengthening I have completely recovered and the ganglion has not recurred since.

I am working as an Officer in a Bank. In March 2022 I met with an accident. At around 9.00 a.m. I went to my cabin for work and as soon as I sat on my chair, in a fraction of seconds my chair broken and I collapsed on my back side very hardly. At that moment I didn't understand what has happened as it was an horrible experience to me. Afterwards I started doing some homemade remedies but in vain. Severe pain started in my Right hand shoulder and back side. Due to pain sleepless nights, it was difficult for me to travel from train and bus, I got depressed and in that depression, I had submitted Letter to my Bank for VRS. MRI was clear and at last Dr. Shitole highly recommended me that only one Doctor could bring me out from this pain is Dr. Laksmi Vas and he also requested me not to go anywhere else. On 5th of July 2022, I visited Dr. Lakshmi Vas Clinic, I told her about my pain and also about my VRS. Dr. Lakshmi Vas assured and also guaranteed me that she will bring me out of this severe pain 100 percent and also told me not to go for VRS. I took 2 and half months treatment and I totally relieved 100 percent from the pain and I cancelled my VRS and now I am regularly go to my Office. I am really thankful whole heartedly to Dr. Lakshmi Vas personally and also the whole team of Ashirvad Institute For Pain Management & Research. Thanks a lot for giving me a new life.

In September 2020, I had a very nasty accident in the UK and after my first surgery at NHS, I was told that I would never be able to use my left hand normally again. I should focus on learning to adapt to my new lifestyle with disability and consult a psychologist to stay sane. It's been more than 2 years, 4 major surgeries, almost daily Physio and Hand therapies... numerous pain management treatments in the UK. I could barely tolerate the shocks in my left arm with a broken elbow, my pain had multiplied preventing me from doing any exercises. I was diagnosed with CRPS Type II - in my left forearm and palm and was advised that there is no cure for CRPS. Finally, I decided to come to India in Dec 2021 and was referred to Ashirvad Pain Relief centre in Matunga. I met Dr. Lakshmi Vas, along with her fabulous team of doctors and highly trained nurses who worked really very hard to help me cope with this pain. They really understood my problem and were able to find the root cause of it. With the help of advanced technology- I was treated with Ultrasound guided Dry needling almost every single day (as I had very limited time in India). I would like to sincerely thank the whole staff, from the bottom of my heart for being determined, positive and reassuring during my time in India. We were at Ashirvad Institute for my Mother, she complained frequently of back and knee pain. We went in for dry needling. Must say how patiently Dr. Lakshmi Vas attended to my Mother and explained in detail, where exactly the pain was emanating from and the cause of the pain. She took us through the process calmly and cleared all oir doubts and concerns. The clinic and all the staff here is very nice and caring. The doctors are always there for you to listen to your problems and guiding through the same. Dr. Laxmi Vas Mam is very knowledgeable. She always explains you the problem in depth and the treatment required for it. When I came here for the problem of tennis elbow and CRPS, I was in a very bad state. I was not able to do anything with my hand, not even the eating or writing or anything else. I had lost all the hopes that I will be recovered from this ever. After continuous dry needling and physiotherapy along with some prescribed injections like steroids and botox, I can now use my hand for lot of things. I am getting back to my normal life routine because of this therapy. Yes, the treatment is bit costly but for me it was a ray of hope for getting better.

If there's anyone who understands objectively about a patient's pain it's Dr Lakshmi Vas. I have been visiting Ashirvad Pain Clinic since more than a decade & wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The clinic has remained almost unchanged all these years and just when I was preparing myself to suggest to Dr Vas about the space crunch & the clutter within the confined space there, I got to hear from her about the proposed new premises at Dadar.
