Ashiana Lagoon - Resort hotel in Puri - Puri, India

This hotel in Puri is a regrettable choice. The management's unfulfilled commitments, escalating prices, and unwelcoming staff are just the tip of the iceberg. Add to that frequent maintenance issues, unclean rooms, and a lack of basic amenities. Your money is better spent elsewhere, as this hotel fails on multiple fronts, providing a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.

This place needs a renovation. Like a proper 100% renovation. The staff was helpful but couldn't bare the rooms. The location is really good but overall maintenance is less than average.

I regret to share a disappointing experience at this hotel in Puri. The management's performance fell short, with unfulfilled commitments during booking. Prices inflated upon each inquiry, leading to dissatisfaction. The staff exhibited unwelcoming behavior, compounded by electricity issues and subpar food quality. I advise potential guests to reconsider their choice, as investing in this hotel may not align with the value and service expected. Unfortunately, your money will definitely be wasted if you opt for this establishment.

Our stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were nice enough. The food served was the best thing here for it was very delicious. The service were sometimes a bit delayed due to overcrowding but they were good. The pools were having some algae bloom and needed some work. The gardens were nice and the location of this hotel was also one of the best things as the beach in front was least inhabited. This is kinda family friendly as well as for bachelors/ bachelorettes. Vinod bhaiya, the manager, was very good at providing any help whenever needed and he was also spontaneous.

Most third class hotel in Puri in all perspectives. 1. Location is terrifying, you won't get a single shop there, forget about crowd and people. 2. Area is too dirty. Can't describe. 3. Rooms are next level, you can't stay there for a single minute. 4. Swimming Pool is so small and also too much dirty water. You would have itching problem if you think to swim there. The swiming pool is having one sound which is too loud. 5. Based upon the above points, if you compare room tariff, it is too much. I must say the hotel should have room tariff 500 or less than that. Only drunk people can stay there. I'm not sure how other people are giving this property 3/4 stars(might be they re slumdog millionaires), I would like to give it 0 star. Rather want to mention another interesting thing. We had a booking for 3 nights, i cancelled that immediately at the property, and booked another hotel. In addition, other people who had there booking, every single person cancelled the booking and came out of it. It's better to stay in non AC 3 star hotels. I wanted to write more things about this property, but there should be a limit.

One of the worst hotel in Puri.. AC is not working in the rooms.. No water in toilets and pools... Old bedsheets creating bad odur/smell... Pillows are not well washed and the service are very poor.. Kindly pls don't visit to the hotel...

This hotel location was awesome.. Staff behavior just like homily, room service, wifi, everything is fully loaded.. Overall we are fully satisfied Thank you..

Total scam, don't fall for the pictures...there is no transparency between the staff and the visitor, they are increasing price with every call before even booking..
