Good society but far from main Gurgaon city, facilities are good, room sizes are ok, flat rates higher side, but can be a good option for first time home buyer ,now the travel time from Gurgaon to sohna reduce just 30 mts after expressway is started. Good scope in future.
Ashiana Anmol is located in Sector 33 Sohna, Sohna Road village Dhunela which is a very beautiful and luxurious society, it has lush green fields and open area around it. Also KR Mangalam University and GD Goenka University and GD Goenka School Highway 8 line has been constructed, which is about 18, 20 km from Gurgaon Rajiv Chowk, after the construction of the highway, it can be reached within few minutes. There are other apartments being built here too, overall very nice area.
Premium residential 2bhk and 3bhk flats offered for purchase by one of the best real estate companies, Ashiana housing Ltd. Situated not very far away from the crowded city area of Gurgaon, peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Also the flats are very beautiful and spacious. The campus is designed with the 'kids centric concept' and hence provide great amenities for the overall development of children like swimming pool, fun zone for toddlers, tennis court, cricket pitch with net, basketball court, skating rink, learning hub, amphitheatre, club house etc.
Maintenance is high compared to even luxury projects like DLF & Godrej. Good part is it's kid centric and focused on kids, a lot of activities going on for kids.
Too expensive. And they are continuously increasing prices trying to create a Anxiety among buyers. On 7th May'23 they increased the price to 1.268 Cr for 3bhk And within 1 month now on 5th Jun they increased the price by almost 10-11% to 139Cr. Insane price hike. And their Sales executives are also cunning and have attitude. I met Manoj Raut there.
I didn't like the quality of infra like low quality floor tiles, area coverage and utilisation, and location is too distant. Needless to say that society looks good, has ample of space for parking, recreational activities but the location is a bit turndown for me.
