Pathetic experience- Bought silver anklet for Rs. 1200, broke within a day.. went back to them and they told they will fix it and give After 3 visits during the next 2 weeks, they told it can not be fixed, but could be exchanged, however exchange value for the same anklet would be only Rs. 500... when I asked for refund, they first denied and then agreed for Rs. 400 refund (Loss of Rs. 800 + fuel expenses of Rs. 100 + loss of peace of mind) Thankfully I did not buy any gold jewellery.

DO NOT TRUST. Absolutely cheating customers! Bought silver but it was copper. Cheats on gold too! The rate applied are for market but unfortunately does not give original quality silver or gold!
