Doctors are very good. But service is worst. You have to wait 2 to 4 hours for doctor consultation. Authority's are fully failed in time management. A narrow walking passage used as a patients waiting area. Insufficient seating arrangement.

"ASHA THE HOPE" is a hopeless centre for tests which is run by probably highly incompetent, irresponsible, useless, worthless owner with indecent management and ill mannered staffs. I m pretty sure that the doctors who are referring this centre for investigations are more irresponsible than the management of this centre. I went there for few tests which I booked for home collection. They took full fees with the home collection fee as well. But the person who is supposed to come for collection didn't come even after 2 hours of scheduled time. The sample has to be taken in empty stomach. After multiple times calling over phone the person from other side said that person has left for collection. Think how this person is irresponsible to understand a patient is waiting for him without eating. There is no humanity in this man. and the management is keeping this man. Finally we went to the laboratory and asked for money refund. the receptionist said that money can not be refunded and you do some other test. Think the level of impotency of management and owner who has appointed such kind of these idiot person on reception who thinks that they are sitting on grocery shop reception and saying to buy something else. Ultimately, after lot of argument they refunded the money. I would advise the patients not to go in this centre for any investigation and humble request to the referring doctor not to send there any patient for investigations. I advise the management to show some courage to remove ill mannered staffs and appoint some persons who some human feelings. This centre does not deserve any star for their worst service but I ve to give one star otherwise it will not be posted publically

The way this establishment operates is nothing short of disgraceful. Rather than treating doctors as professionals and patients with even a semblance of decency, they've chosen to elevate doctors to godlike status while treating patients like nothing more than trash. Respect for patients and their time is absolutely absent. Prepare to wait a mind-numbing 2 to 4 hours due to abysmal mismanagement. Even cases involving pregnancy or severe illness are treated with callous indifference. The concept of punctuality and consideration is clearly lost on this place. Patients are expected to arrive early, while doctors saunter in late, leaving patients languishing in the purgatory of eternal waiting. This center is a mirror reflecting the dismal state of the healthcare system in Kolkata. Among the meager number of competent doctors, a handful of private clinics are solely focused on filling their coffers. Their motto of "Patients are our number one priority" seems to be nothing but an empty phrase from their ethics manual, utterly divorced from their actions. The blame doesn't solely lie with the receptionists, doctor's assistants, or the staff on the frontlines; it's the management that's woefully inept. The sorry state of patient treatment is a direct consequence of their disregard. It's disheartening to observe how the people working in such dire conditions have grown so accustomed to this apathetic management that they've lost sight of the need for improvement. People are compelled to seek their services only due to a lack of alternatives, and competent doctors align themselves with this establishment purely for financial gains. They exploit this desperation to milk every last bit of money they can from vulnerable patients. Meanwhile, patients are subjected to ill treatment, rudeness, and interminable waits. While test prices used to be reasonable, they've now conformed to the exorbitant rates of other centers. Occasionally, discounts are reluctantly granted upon request. Let's be clear, the root of this issue doesn't lie with the receptionists, the doctor's assistants, or the diligent staff. It's a deep-seated problem rooted in the management itself. When patients are treated with contempt, it's no wonder that the staff also fail to show any respect. It pains me to say this as I am a native of Dum Dum Cantonment. I was born and brought up here. I was proud of having such centers in my locality earlier thought It was deserving the name "Asha the hope. But now I think its more apt if they rename it to "Asha with no hope".

Worst Diagnostics center I have ever visited.they are having no time sense while they are giving time for doctors' appointment.Also they think people are dying for there service. Only keeping the rate low is not enough,it only shows the service is low. Also always ask people to test from their lab but technicians are poor and sometimes even not available Theism is way too better than it

Inexperienced people who is taking blood from patient and theirs staff behaviour is also not good.I am definitely not recommend any people to go for the test In Asha.

My wife went for usg abdomin whole... She is pregnant and the prescription stated usg abdomin whole second trimester...... Fir the receptionist took money i.e. Rs2600 gv the bill then she told it's not possible to take usg as usg with pregnancy was not written..... I wonder y second trimester was written there..... On askin for refund she said she can't refund the money...... I think in common sense it's called fraud and stealing......

It was the first time i have visited this place today, it was a narrow and crowded place, thanks to the good doctors there . The major problem is with the behaviour of particularly one elderly staff (sadly i dont know his name ) . I have never seen such rude and ill mannered human being operating a crowded diagnostic center . He is a disgrace to the place . There were few other patients told me about his bad behaviour towards customers . The elderly staff was literally shouting and showing bad attitudes when he was confronted about not calling the patient names serial - wise . And continuously lying . (Probably its all on camera .) I will never visit the place again and I'll suggest everyone not to go there unless its an emergency . One rotten apple is enough to rot a whole bunch of fresh apples .

The ear doctor Chakraborty is a scammer. He would ultimately take you to his own chamber and give you steroids easily for treatments. Stay away.
