Good hospitality to customers
Poor service-care, a token call system wld hv been way more convenient. There was only duty doctor at the time I went and the nurse there asked me to sit at the doctor's table for check up and as soon as I reached there were previous patients coming with their test results and so made me wait for 10-20minutes till they were done. If the doctor had to make me wait the nurse could have asked me to wait rather than making a unwell person stand and wait for 10-20 min. Above all this the doctor gave me plenty of medication and gave a very rough idea of what diet to follow. My illness has not reduced a bit. I regret wasting money going there for consultation. The least you guys could do is provide proper service with proper system, priorities the most unwell people first and treat them well.
Worst experience ever. High service charges for nursing services. If doctors advices for trip nurses slow down the process for getting observation charges 100 rupees/hour. Even for putting injection also they asking service charges. Looting money from poor patients.
24 hours working No rush. Good service
The nurses assigned to Dr. Neethu were unprofessional. They told my parents to wait for a consultation and were simply chit-chatting with each other, forgetting to call us to the doctor's room. Finally we were able to consult with the doctor at the end of the consulting time.
Best Helth center in my Home town
Attitude of staff is very bad.if I could rate less than one star ,I would have done that. 0 rating for the services. I had made booking before going there ,but they ignored us and let in whoever had come after. Never go this place again. They have to improve alot
Worst clinic Uneducated doctors and staffs this hospital need a EDRaid and Health Department raid from AIMS
