Nice place. Near new bus stand and KSRTC. Walkable distance. Good neat room. Clean bathroom. Good water. Non/AC double room for Rs. 900/- only. No dust in walls. Neat bed sheets. TV, fan, mosquito net. Long Wall mirror, etc. No lift. Comfortable.

Decent and spacious rooms. Good for a day lodging. Clean bathrooms. Located near Sreekandeaswara Temple and KSRTC bus terminal. They even provide extra beds if needed. No food delivery. There is no elevator. Reasonable rent.

Rooms are good but service is not bad thts all

Behavior of receptionist is not good , room is not worth, unhygienic, leaking washroom, very bad customer interaction and experience.

Located is great. Cost friendly, Staff (one in reception) can be more polite and reduce attitude.

Economical, clean and spacious rooms with a clean bath. It's a well maintained upscale lodge. Good for both solo travelers and families who are on a budget. Parking space is there. Very good veg restaurant is available nearby. Very close to KSRTC bus stand. Non AC room is 750 only. Very friendly staff.

There were bed bugs, and when I informed to staff , they simply said, We will check it. Room was dirty Bad experience

Some times they charge different amount from different customers when I gone there they charge 1000/- for non AC room and when my frnd gone it was only 700/- some of the staffs are cheating the customers by seeing their looks and way of coming. Good rooms and it's very near to ksrtc bus stand. 24hrs security is available. Good car, bike parking available. Tv is old one but its working. Neat and clean rooms and wash rooms. Lot of restaurant available near by. Cash, card, gpay transaction available. Safe for family and couples.
