I had a disappointing experience at ASG Srinagar Eye Hospital. The service was subpar, with an overall lack of cleanliness and grace. The staff didn't seem eager to assist, and the quality of care left much to be desired. While the doctor's performance was slightly above average, it couldn't compensate for the overall poor experience. I also notice that they keeps patients waiting for surgery for seemingly trivial reasons. Timely and considerate care is crucial in medical facilities. This aspect of their service raises concerns about their patient management and prioritization.
Very bad experience. I was given three eye drops (one for bacterial infection & two were the lubricants). 12 drops per day, the doctor wouldn't even listen to the patient carefully. The staff is also not cooperative and they should learn manners to talk to the patients especially the one who's assistant Dr Ali. Very bad experience to say the least.

The details provided by nursing staff was helpful all staff were cooperative The was very compassionate and easy to go with seemed nice human being just need to work on post operative ward and uniform for patients need to replaced with new Rest all good.
