Very clean, comfortable, spacious room, nice hot shower, Good location convenient for exploring the city. Friendly, attentive, courteous staff. Breakfast could maybe be a little more varied but OK. Overall we would recommend.

Our stay was pleasant! The breakfast was delicious, the servers were very nice as well as the staff, the room was clean and the location was great! The only negative side is that the bathroom always smelled like sewer (almost all Indian bathrooms have this problem sadly).

She recently embarked on a trip to India with her friends and had the pleasure of staying at Ascot Hotel from May 26th to 29th. Based on her vivid account, their experience was truly heartwarming. The staff members at Ascot Hotel displayed exceptional thoughtfulness, kindness, and amiability. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure a delightful breakfast experience for the entire three-day duration of their stay. Despite their limited familiarity with Indian cuisine, my mother and her friends were deeply moved by the staff's passion and hospitality, as they took the time to introduce and explain the various dishes being served. In a touching display of concern, when one of the members fell ill and couldn't make it to breakfast, the staff continuously inquired about her well-being and kindly offered ginger tea. The rooms were not only spacious but also impeccably clean, thanks to the hardworking and dedicated cleaning staff who invested significant time and effort in maintaining the hotel's impeccable standards. Throughout their time at Ascot Hotel, my mother and her friends felt a genuine sense of kinship, as if they were part of a larger family. Without hesitation, my mother wholeheartedly recommends Ascot Hotel to anyone seeking a place to unwind during their visit to Colaba.

Spent two nights in the Ascot and overall had a great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Between helping us get cash at a perfect exchange rate, booking us a cab and bringing us water upon request, we highly enjoyed the stay. Also the AC works like a charm, thank God. The only thing to improve on is this WiFi - they have one of those weird secondary sign in pages and it didn't really work consistently for most of our devices.

Location can't be beat. In busy area, but off the main road so still quiet. Front desk and staff were very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Newspaper and room cleaned daily. Spacious room with all amenities including hair dryer, magnifying mirror, desk, phone, fridge, kettle, clothes hangers, iron/board, USA style outlets, Indian outlets, tissues, bathtub, safe. Lots of storage area in bathroom, shower and bedroom. Bed was soooo comfortable. Awesome wifi. I honestly did not want to leave this place. I didn't realize until the end of my stay that it included free breakfast in the adorable lobby restaurant. I felt extremely safe at this hotel and would definitely return in a heartbeat. Just wonderful!

We had a great time. My kids loved it. Food, service, room, location, information upto the mark. Staff are very humble, a big salute for their service.

Super Spacious Deluxe Room with Amazing breakfast . Polite and helpful staff. Parking inside hotel so relax your car is safe . Super cool Air conditioning and big bathrooms with all required toiletries. Location is awesome as it is just 2 min walk from Gateway of India . Comfortable beds and neat and clean lobby and cozy room.

A great hotel to stay in south Mumbai. It is walking distance away from gateway of India. Also the rooms are very spacious and clean. Strongly recommend for family stay with children. The breakfast is also very nice spread and nicely done.
