One of the worst hotel I've been stayed ever. Not cleaned and maintained. Bathroom taps are broken and water flowing the whole day. Rooms are not same as the picture shown in the property page. A tiny room with poor bed. Staffs behaviour are not mannuered. Please don't go there, if you have money save it and try another rooms. Walkable distance to Ernakulam north railway station that is the only benefit iam seeing with this property and that is only suitable for people travelling by train

I lost my RS.500, hotel wasnt informed and when i called back ti the number no one responded and it was my worst experience. Please dont pay in advance i went ti the hotel and it was the most filthiest hotel in cochin. They refunded the money I paid to them bit to fab hotel for booking they said they haven't recieved that money or any information regarding my payment. Please don't pay through them or choose hotels through them

This hotel is very bad and service also Cockroaches keep roaming all over the rooms and beds of the hotel. I would never want to go to this hotel again...very bad experience. So in future don't send any customer over there it will effect your repo.

Rooms are dirty. Bathroom ceiling is extremely dirty. Service is slow but staff are accomodating. Rundown hotel at extremely cheap rates.

The authorities was not fair and their attitude was very bad.Rooms was not ok.washroom was filthy and no locks were there

Worst hotel ever I booked it, as booked through fab express In high rates for 6 nights and I run away from there (as per them they don't accept Agoda or any other booking, but when we go there ready to take any booking . One of the worst hotels in the city, staff are fighting each other on the lobby and rooms are nasty .. bus stations bathroom are better than this . I spoke with the manager and he was helpless as the owners are not ready to do any maintenance, and he suggested to get any other hotel better near. Don't book this hotel Photos are old

Need more maintenance of rooms. Air conditioning is good but sometimes water leaking and tap in washbasin is leaking with wastage of water. To avoid these room amnesties need repair or replacement. Wifi is not covering entire floor due to only one router for a large area. Need one more router.

I stayed here for one day for Rs 1000. It was bad staying here. The room was dirty the bed, the pillows and even the bath towel are not cleaned properly. It has stains and dirt in it. The Non AC room don't have any proper ventilation so it's always hot inside the room even if you turn on the fan. Along with that if you open the window for some fresh air you will get a tonne of mosquitoes instead. Don't waste your money booking a room like this. I hadn't slept the whole night due to the hotness inside the room along with the mosquitoes. Very Poor
