Very well planned futuristic layout. Electricity connection under ground without electric poles. Water and sanitation pipes are already laid out inside the plots. Trees planted on both sides of the roads and planted in dedicated areas without encroching the road and the plot. Construction of new houses are happening at good pace.
On of the best upcoming localities in this part of the city. I have been plot owner since 2013. All the members who have bought here are from well educated and well placed backgrounds.

Excellent place to go and stay out of Metro life to detoxify your body near nature. Organic farming, A2 milk of desi-Gir cows, and clean air and water. Lovely design houses. Must visit every month or two. Putting some of the pics for reference.
