A beautiful Roman Catholic Church situated in Dacosta Layout. The church runsl services in Kannada, Tamil and English through the week. Outside the main church is a beautiful grotto and the Adoration Chapel. The church also has a hall to host events and a huge and tranquil ground laced with lots of greenery.
One of the best Churches in town. We always prefer attending mass at this church every Sunday. The parking space is good. Saturday evening English mass is at 5:30pm and Sunday morning English mass is at 9:15am.
The Ascension church was built in the 1968. A very convenient location for worshiping. Party halls and spacious parking spaces are available in the same vicinity, for marriage and parties. Overall a decent area.
Every religious place is beautiful and carries an aura that further enhances its beauty. One will easily feel a sense of calmness which is a need in today's times more than anything else. We were there to attend a birthday party at the hall which is right next to the church within the same compound. The entire place is well maintained, the hall is good for small gatherings, decent parking space and ample open space for kids and elderly to move around either in cool breeze or even in scorching sun. There's a chicken coop so most kids remained engaged.
A pretty church on 2nd corss, dacosta layout. It gets pretty crowded on sundays, to the point where one would need to avoid taking the second cross. Has a lot of trees around it and looks very peaceful. Worth a visit if you are in the area. There are quite a few shrines around near this church as well.
