The building is well maintained and society looks pretty. The galleries and parking area was good too. The road leading to this society needs maintenance as the roads had potholes and lots of stones.

A pretty decent community from Ashoka builders with 350 flats, centrally located at Khajaguda. All East and West facing flats with good Vastu. Manjeera water connection available as well. Builder handed over the flats as per promised timelines with exceptionally great amenities.
Very close to all major it hub and schools. We'll maintained amenities and club house. Indoor swimming pool is the highlight.

Flats are not well designed. Only 3BHKs have better views - Lakeside only in the name for the rest. The society will be high density as there are not many open spaces. Major drawback: The approach road is very narrow and congested. What will happen in case of an emergency?
