First and foremost, the lack of cleanliness and poor hygiene standards were alarming. The bed pans and chair toilets were visibly unclean, posing a serious risk of infection to patients, particularly urinary tract infections. Furthermore, the presence of mosquitoes due to the unclean environment raises concerns about the spread of diseases such as dengue. Equally distressing was the complete disregard for patient privacy. During my family member's appendicitis surgery, her lower body was left uncovered in front of other patients and staff. This blatant invasion of privacy is unacceptable and has left us deeply disturbed. Adding to our distress, there was a clear discrepancy in the information provided regarding the anesthesia administered during the surgery. Initially, we were informed that the patient would be given full body anesthesia. However, it came to our attention later that only her lower half had been anesthetized, and this was done without our consent. This lack of transparency and communication regarding medical procedures is extremely concerning.

very poor experience in this today's advanced era they don't have online payment none of the staff very illiterate and irresponsible if you go for check and by any chance you don't have cash they will surely kill you.because they don't know what is online payment our card payment. also they use tools and stuffs like thermometer and all dating back to adam age. plz dont go on the looks of the building.from inside it's not worth. rather go to some govt hospital, u will surely recieve much better treatment than this

Pathetic experience.Nurse staff lack basis human behaviour. Nurses don't attend to patients timely in any pain even if you tell you are in immense pain, they are busy with their cell phones and chit chats. Most of the time Aya attends patients in place of nurse. If a patient is going through any problem the hospital staff tends to ignore even if you complain multiple times. For them only person allowed in the cabin is important rule than patient pain. Nurse don't attent to patients in pain. Relative are not allowed to help patient as only one person can be there. They are just running a scam in the name of Nursing home. Think twice before admitting your loved ones in this Nursing home.

I am writting this comment with full honesty to help others. Please don't your parents or loved one in this hospital.medical Staff,RMO and other management person in this place is so irresponsible and rude.They will try to fool you and not at all cooperative.They think patients as source of money they wont focus on curing them.I have very bad personal experience.

I have had a very bad experience, I admitted my friend and without any checkup....they took 4000, he was not admitted or anything else..

Mediocre hospital. Nurses do not take proper care of patients. Facility is avg.

Great hospital with well behaviour of staffs & nurses.

Recommend as the place has modified enormously with new and sanitised equipment now. Quiet great than before and staffs are curious helpful and attentive.. behaviour of all tha Doctors and nurses are very enormous.had a great experience and satisfied with the treatment
