A's Holiday Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Salcete, Betalbatim - South Goa, India

This property is beautifully set up over the South Goa beach. The proximity to the beach, the in door swimming pool, the morning breakfast, and the owners courtesy. It all makes the visit worthwhile and nice to have experience. On top, you can zomato swiggy food in case you want to experience good food at the villa itself. I would highly recommended this property for visitors who love to explore goa while having a comfort stay.

This place is just paradise. Big respect to Mr.Aggie who is the owner, he is very kind and helpful. We will come back :)

Wonderfully located just a stone's throw away from the Sunset Beach. Absolutely the best for quite and peaceful away from the urban life.

A Disastrous Stay, Beware of Owner's Unprofessionalism My recent experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and the blame lies solely with the owner. The series of events that unfolded during my stay left me utterly disappointed, frustrated, and with no desire to ever return to this establishment. Wrong room allocation: on Agoda i booked an 1 bedroom Apartment and Upon arrival the care taker provided me with a villa as they were not aware of the orginal booking, i was happy for the upgrade thinking 1 bedroom apartment are over booked and hence i have a 2 bhk villa but the happiness was short lived and owner himself showed up after an hour and said we will need to relocate to 1 Bhk which is again 500 meter away from the given location on agoda ( not mentioned on Agoda) which I agreed and then he said you can stay for tonight and second day you can shift which i said is fine. Additional charge for their mistake: later at 8 pm Owner called me and said oh i just saw ur booking was for 1 Bhk not villa and to my astonishment, the owner had the audacity to suggest that I pay an additional charge to upgrade to the room I had initially reserved. It was crystal clear that the mistake was on their end, yet they had the nerve to demand more money stating "you know price for villa is higher than for 1 Bhk and it's up to you, if you can pay me some difference. Which i said I won't and he said i will get back to me on that. This was a blatant display of unprofessionalism and a clear attempt to exploit the situation. Kind of getting forced eviction : second day As if the previous mishaps weren't enough, the pinnacle of my disappointment occurred when the owner was tracking when will i checkout and vacate the room in the morning and i informed him i have my train at 4.30 am and would leave around door at 3 am, he asked to handover the keys to security gaurd or at centre table, which i agreed, to my surprise he started calling me from 2.20 am in the morning that he himself will come to collect the keys.This disruptive and unwarranted intrusion into my privacy was completely unacceptable and it left me feeling incredibly disoriented and distressed. Throughout my stay, it became apparent that the owner lacked the basic understanding of customer service and professionalism. The lack of accountability for their mistakes, coupled with their unscrupulous attempts to extract more money from me, showcased a complete disregard for guest satisfaction. I strongly advise potential visitors to steer clear of this place. The mismanagement and unprofessional behavior of the owner overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel, leaving me with a deeply unpleasant experience. There are countless other accommodations in the area that prioritize guest comfort and provide a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Spare yourself the anguish and disappointment by choosing an alternative option. To bers honest property is good and support staff are really good care taker

//READ,THINK & THEN BOOK// They wasted my two days of Goa Trip. I booked this hotel from Agoda and paid 4.5k.This hotel is located very far from railway station and very far from beaches also. I drove 1hr to reach there. After reaching I called the owner and the 1st thing he told me was ,he was not interested in your booking for one night stay. I told him that if he is not interested then I am also not interested but your hotel was listed in Agoda and the booking was made. That's what made me to drive around 1hr and reached here with my family. The guy was telling that 'Agoda' is cheating by showing his resorts photo for booking and any queries Agoda has to answer. I told him let it be Agoda or You , the only one affected is me with my family. The guy called owner was not at all supportive and was trying to state that I was insisting to stay in his resort in a low budget. I called Agoda and the customer service staff was ready to refund partial amount. Then after so many discussion I get my full refund but what about my lost evening time, my expense of fuel, my mental agony as I was stranded in an unknown remote area with my family including females and infants. Anyway I drive around 1hr from there and reach Calangute and booked a 5star resort better than this A's Holiday Beach resort. Note to owner : Hai man, I am a person working in travel industry and had visited so many places and stayed in so many hotels. I am not at all interested to stay in your place .it was only because the booking was made and cash was credited , that's why I came there. Don't think that people in the world are dying to stay in your property and your property is the only one property in goa. If Agoda is cheating by your resorts image why don't you complain rather than putting people in issues. Don't book here if you don't want to suffer and the place is not as in the photos and very far from city.

Amazing place.. we stayed at villa no 4. Aggie is a great host.. the staff are very cooperative.. for breakfast the cook comes in the villa and cooks it . Pool is good. They arrange whatever is required like car self drive on rent etc.. highly recommend place.. one small feedback that rooms can be better lighted

Far from the bustle of 'resorts' A's Holiday Beach Resort is a tonic if you want some peace, nature & family time. I had a whole villa to myself, which was splendid, plenty of space for a family and a step outside the back door to the pool. Marvellous. The villa and surrounds were clean and well maintained, all facilities catered for. Spent time at the deserted beach (again, great!) and in Martins corner, the nearest restaurant and bar, this was also excellent. Aggie (owner) was very helpful and provided suggestions for day trips etc and also arranged for my taxi back to the airport (30minutes). It was such a relaxing visit, and I hope to return next time I am in Goa.

Aggie made our stay so peaceful and tension free! He helped us with our day trips, was very involved and provided the best facilities throughout our trip ! Loved the breakfast everyday and the pool. The property itself is beautiful and located just 5-7 minutes walk from the sunset beach. Overall, I loved our stay!
