AS Clarks Inn - Hotel in Dalhousie - Chamba, India

I checked the hotel just now. It is very nice and cool place. Hotel is good and nice staff. Rooms and linen is neat and clean. I checked four hotel in near by but linen is not properly clean. I think Cleaning wise number one hotel in Dalhousie. When I called the hotel reception he told me one Premium room is vacant. But when I reached the hotel provide me Suit Room in same rate and decorate my room on my request and make my stay memorable. Thanks to all team.

Worst Experience at exorbitant prices. Been there with family. Firstly, the location is too interior and one can find many good hotels enroute. Secondly, no proper parking facility. Thirdly & most importantly, it is a old built hotel with stinking rooms(booked 4 rooms, same experience with all 4 rooms), congested rooms, leaking roof(at lobby).They didn't bother to change bed sheets also Fourthly, Food & Service also pathetic. Limited options with endless delay. & Finally, the hotel management (spoke to some GM, a lady) who simply said that we should have reached early to the hotel for them to sort these out. The only sin we committed is that we reached hotel in the midnight, though the booking was for full day. As a whole, the only best thing about this hotel is Nothing. So, just ignore this hotel and you can easily find good hotels in there.

. I must appreciate the staff attitude towards work. They are well behaved, all responces were quick, room service, house keeping and even laundry service was nice and very satisfactory. Lastly I want appreciate the quality and quantity of food were fabulous. Price was reasonable too. I must recommend this place to stay.

hotel is located at mall road near to gandhi chowk. i booked delux room but i did not like as i saw the room. But hotel manager Shamlal ji upgraded room with same charges. Shamlal ji thanx for your nice cooperation. Hotel did not have buffet due to off season but Mr. vaneet ji arrange a very good breakfast for us. Thanx vaneet ji. I request to hotel management that your hotel location is too good but hotel's deluxe room not upto that standard so i request to renovate it .Hotel staff politeness,humbleness is too good. i enjoyed a lot in this hotel.

It was a very nice stay at the hotel. Starting from cleanliness, foods, rooms everything was good. Staffs are very good. Specially Anil who served us most of the time. Very sincere and nice person. For my kid they arranged the food exactly the way I requested. And it is not one time but all the times during 2 and half days stay over there. Only one thing is room heater can be a better one

Hotel rooms are good ,but no switch board are working ..i stayed in 204 . even hotel staff at night front office and service are very polite and good. Need to improve their services.. At the time of checking out while the Bill settlement even they don't have swiped machine as .well over all its has to be improved thier services .i will not recommend to anyone to stay there.

The amenities of the hotel was great. Since we had a tempo traveller, we couldn't park in the hotel's parking space, otherwise the parking space available was ample. The staff were proactive and very informative. The room was clean. The food provided was quite delicious, though the service was a bit slow so its better to order food in advance. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. We were provided 4 rooms on the same floor so it was quite convenient for our group. We also got to view great view from the window of 2 of the rooms. We were also allowed to go on the terrace whenever we wanted and were able to enjoy sunrise from the terrace.

we checked in the hotel just now. It is a very nice and cool place. hotel is also very nice. very kind and nice staff. rooms are also very neat and clean. market area walking distance near about a kilometre away. Subash chowk market very close to the hotel. Good choice of eating place there. over all best place to stay in dalhaousie. only window scenic views are not clear due to long trees in front of Hotel.
