I am so happy I was privileged to stay at Arayavilla Heritage. The place not only is clean, safe and beautiful designed but the owner and the staff all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast at the property was delicious. This is a perfect safe spot for a solo traveller girl!! Walking distance to the beach was just a bonus! Very highly recommend!!! Just a charming place! Thank You

The Aryavilla heritage homestay is the best one. We really had a pleasant stay..The prices is so affordable and the rooms are super clean..The homestay manager Mohammed and the staff Rahul was really helpful..They were so polite and helped us as much as they can..This place is highly recommended. The beach is just minute walk from the stay..We had a great time there. We would visit this place again.
We had a Wonderful Experience residing in Aryavilla Heritage. The people were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed two days of our stay. We were a group of 15+ people and we had booked the entire villa. The stay was so lovely and we had so much of fun time at the place.
One of the best place to stay in varkala, even though we cant see the beach from here , cliff is pretty close (50 meters). We peps of 8 stayed for one day with very affordable price. Open terrace is just awesome with party lights. We enjoyed staying in Aryavilla and looking forward to stay in future also .
We stayed in Aryavilla during this weekend. (3 room and 9 people). The property itself is very very near to Varkala cliff and Beach. From terrace of the property itself, you will get the glimpse of the beach which is very serene. Also it's situated in midst of lush green garden that they're maintaining yet no mosquito problems which reflects how they're maintaining the space. It's very very clean even during a rainy season. Be it rooms, common areas, balcony and dining area. The rooms are very spacious and accomodate upto 3 people in each. Sitting in their balcony opposite to some large trees is truly bliss. All these are available at very affordable cost too (given it's very near to the beach). Staffs, including Owner-Manager Suresh are very friendly, courteous and always available at our disposal from the day of booking. Take his tips if you want to explore the place properly before hand.. He doesn't upsell anything. Highly recommended.
Awesome place to stay just near to the cliff. Staffs were really humble and service was good. Neat and clean rooms. They even arranged private car for us to visit Jatayu. Overall good experience. Will look forward to come back to the place again.

The rooms where clean, 24 hrs hot water available. They provide towels and sample soaps. All these for a minimum room rent. Worth for the money. It is best for budget rooms. But if you seek for luxury rooms you may not like it.
