Hospital is very neat and clean, all the staff is very polite behaviour and good service. Specially thanks to Dr. Varun Tyagi, he is very best and very friendly, helpful person. We went for my father's dialysis here today on our nephrologist's recommendation. The whole hospital was clean and the lab technician and support staff was very friendly. My father was feeling better here as the 2 sided windows had full green view which is very unlikely view in a hospital/dialysis center where one has to just lie down for 4 hours. As today was Sunday, the whole hospital was getting washed and there was a little inconvenience as lifts were occupied to move stuff. This hospital has proper parking area.

These people are thugs. They treat you like goats . Never tell you what treatment is going on, what is the problem, their only motive is money. This hospital is running under the name of Malay Sharma. But I assure you, he is super star only gives guest appearance . He has hired some stupid, egoist, fake jokers who don't even know how to treat patients. So avoid him and this circus(Aryavarta hospital). There are plenty of doctors available reach them for the best treatment.
Worst experience i have a long story to say. I went to Aryavart hospital to visit Dr Malay Sharma. First of all the patients are treated by his assistant, he does not prescribe anything. He just come later to perform some rituals of touching and checking the patient's stomach so that the patients think that the doctor has checked him/her. He asked what was the issue with my father, i explained it to him, he did not advise anything and just said to take the medicine for 14 days as prescribed by his assistant. I really don't know why the OPD Billing says Dr Malay Sharma when the actual treatment is being given by his assistant. The doctor attends hundreds of patients in a day, the OPD Fee is 700, I would like to advise the hospital to reduce the number of patients and increase the OPD charge. So that the hospital can earn the similar amount and the patients gets quality treatment. It was like some government hospitals general ward treatment, like every patient is lying on their bed and an extremely busy doctor comes and he treats the patients when on his phone. Also, OPD bill should mention that the doctor's assistant will give the treatment, Dr Malay sharma will just visit the general ward like chamber where the patients are lying on the beds as if in some government hospitals. Moreover , I would encourage the audacity of the staff to ask for my phone to give some reviews for their hospital. I was like WOW. i simply denied that my experience was not good. I saw the staff doing that with each and every patient. Please do not fall for any 5 star review, most of them are false and forced by the staff. This is also an unfair business practice to solicit the positive reviews from the consumer.
Dr.Malay Sharma was recommended to us by many and we were happy to take the decision of seeing him.Although his clinic is full n one has to wait for there turn its all worth it.Because you get to meet an expert senior specialist.He explained to me with a diagram very clearly about my ailment and i was also amused n happy by his jolly nature.Thank you sir.would recommend seeing him if anyone in my freinds n family need a Gastro specialist. SUGGESTION: PLZ START ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING N LIVE TRACKING SO PATIENTS CAN REACH FEW MINUTES BEFORE ACTUAL TIME RATHER THEN WAITING IN CLINIC for hours.Rest is all awsome.
