A perfect place for maintenance of privacy and dignity of gym going ladies with lady trainer and males strictly not allowed during spe ladies batch. Training wise and guidance wise aaftab sir helps on WhatsApp also so u can get guidance just a msg far away. Equipments well maintained, cleanliness well maintained.
It has the best quality equipments and they provide you really nice diet plan which suits your body. I lost more than 15kgs in just two months. It is the best gym in Godhra.
