Had a bad experience at Pahalgam kashmir with aryan dream holidays .we were ask for 3 star or 4star category of hotel .but they have given me queens hotel inn which was not even considered in lodge also . Very pathetic condition of hotel .it was impossible to stay over there for one day .we have taken Pahalgam for 2 days .room condition was pathetic ,food was even more pathetic and manager was really miserable .apart from this the agent from whom we had done booking Ahmedabad was totallly non cooperative and manger over there Mr khan also not helpful .so we have to shift from there on next day to another hotel .which cost me 15500 for one day as we have taken urgently by own,aryan holiday not even tried in helping.we were shifted to The hotel was very nice kolahoi greens (4 star)and service was very nice. Overall behavior of the aryan dream main agent and their staff was very uncooperative and not helpful . I was very unhappy and disappointed by their service . -->>> Answer given by owner is totally baseless .no one prefer to change hotel in one location two times .you had given option which was not fruitful.I had first asked for pahelgam and 2nd Gulmarg ,miss Trupti had changed the our tour plan . We have never asked for budget tour only asked for reasonable package as travel agent was known to me. 2 nd family was also not happy with the service but make them self comfortable by your less service .so don't write they were happy .they had not even taken single breakfast or dinner over there due to very bad food and quality.only they don't want to spend more 15500 rs so. We had paid all paymenton 24th of February at least 8 to 9 day before tour .so it was not last time payment. Miss trupti alwaz telling like sir if you not finalize now you will not get hotel. She is the main person who had given all option and alwaz in hurry for booking .main owner never interacted for that properly. So as agent to keep your side you are only giving excuses but you at Aryan dream not at all given good service.

Ask for 3 days training for a job, when any candidate goes for a job they don't treat well with you. It's my experience. her senior employee's last sentence to me is' tare kal thi nthi avvanu Madam e na padi 6' please rate negative as this services. Mostly ordering tone is used there. Beware of these services.

Really we appreciate Aryan tours & travells services specially caring & follow-up each & every moment and they will give us very economic package with best hotels we feel very safe feelings in all places...Thank you all Aryan teams

We had been to bkk n Pattaya in November 2022 We received best service n hotels from aryan tours of ahmdaabaad. We weren't knowing, but she provided best .including ss .cheaper than others. My sincere and best wishes to aryan

Worst travel agency...they will take 100% money first and do not give proper service. They simply give this contract to someone else who is least bothered about service. We as customer get stuck during the travel with family as we can not fight during our tour and waste our time. Driver was not aware which spots to cover. He just takes from one city to another. He asked for extra money as well for taking to tourist spots. very rude talk.
