Aryaan Resort & Residences - Hotel in Badanidiyoor, Thonse West - Udupi, India

I have stayed in the same hotel last year. They have two buildings, last time I stayed in the second building and the rooms are really very nice. This time I was given room no. 513 in the first building (immediately near the entrance gate). The room was stinking and one of the wall was moist. The restaurant was not cleaned for the entire one day on 23rd Oct'23 and the corridors were also not cleaned. The quality of morning breakfast was also below average. I just stayed there due to my previous year good experience. The good thing is that if you are going with your kids they can have fun in the water park and play area. The Kadike Beach is also walkable from the resort.

The resort is very well planned but lacks maintenance. I did not let my kids enter the water park or pool as I saw too much of algae formation on all the walls which is very unhygienic

Booked a premium room for two days. It was a beautiful experience for me, my wife and my 4 year old kid. The rooms are spacious, the view is great. The service is impeccable and the staff is polite and ready to help. The food is slightly on the higher side but we couldn't find a bad dish - everything was good. They have an adult swimming pool, a baby pool and a mini water adventure park (which is the highlight of this resort). The only con of this resort is that the pool and the water park is not cleaned. The water is dirty almost always with bird feathers, algae, leaves, bird droppings and what not. It can get anyone sick unless you are very lucky.

I planned to stay for one night with family but stayed for three nights with kids. Food at the restaurant was good and we had dinner for 2 out of 3 nights.The water park was fun for kids. Since it was raining, outdoor play area was not that accessible, but it is good. I was happy with the service from Lavina and team and they helped us to the extent possible. Rooms were clean and neat. Would recommend to anyone who plans to visit with kids. Beach is nearby. Few improvements: 1) Slope to the reception can be slippery in monsoon so can built a staircase for safety 2) Water logging can be prevented in the area to other building 3) Road to the main entrance is not concrete, but it is a small patch

Pros: ->Mini water park. ->Kids play area. ->Room facilities in good condition (AC,TV, Fan,Oven,Fridge,Cattle,Useful when travelling with toddlers). ->Attached restaurant with quality food. Cons: ->No Place/Stand/Hooks to dry the clothes when Water park/swimming fool is the main attraction especially in rainy season. ->No Room cleaning during the stay, even dustbins not replaced. ->No water purifier machine, have to depends on that tasteless water bottles, leads to loads of plastic bottles thrash inside room. ->Higher/Unusual restaurants price(Ex:Just one glass milk with 93rs (Almost 2liter raw milk price))

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staffs are amazing the room have been comfortable and clean. Every time we visit here as we were enjoyed staying at aryaan resort.located in one of the most peaceful area. The team not only providing basic customer service. They tried their best to ensure the tourist who don't know the place well to have a pleasant trip like arranging a ride for us.last but not the least Mr. Suraj a person who is responsible for management you have done a great job will surely visit again

I had a good 5 night stay at Aryaan Resorts. The apartment was good except for the stinking water body in front of the balcony because of which the balcony could not be used. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The restaurant food is okay...no seafood is served.

Dont go by the 3 star name and photos. The rooms were stinking with worn out paint and damaged interior. Lots of mosquitoes in the room followed by dirty bathrooms, linens and floor mats. Didnt wanted to have food here looking at property condition but tried the complimentary breakfast. Taste was average but the place its served again is horrible. Dont know how someone can call this 3 star property and charge such a hefty money.
