The property opposite site of Government Roadways Bus stand, Ajmer. Property is good but Management is worst. the staff have no meaner to talk with customers. They charged good amount for staying, there for Air conditioner and water heater controlled from reception only. late night they off the Air conditioner without your permission. Hotel management with cheep mindset. Not recommended.

Worst hotel ever. Its like you can't judge a book by its cover. The owners was husband and wife they aren't polite. They charged a lot i.e, 3000 plus gst for single room for one night. The rooms were unhygienic i have uploaded the pictures they dont even cleaned the spider webs in the rooms, pigeons poop in the bathroom, they dont even provide us the basic requirements that is soap, tissues and towel. The blankets were filthy n pillows turned yellowish and stains all over. A.C remote was not provided we were literally tired of calling them for small things. Dinner was costly full of salt and the quantity was very less. The serving plates are dirty. They put two water bottles in our room which were not sealed. We were tired of traveling whole day we reached at 11.30 pm and have no way but to adjust in this hotel as this was close to the bus stand. We get frustrated. Never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst management ever. Says one price and after that's demand extra money on top. Very bad customer service from husband and wife. Dirty rooms and the unflush tiolet. And they give attitude on top. Absolutely disgusting

Clean rooms, staff was polite . I was travelling alone with my daughter felt very safe would definitely recommend

Correct the management. Make the food test good. Once someone comes by mistake, he will not come again.

Never book your room directly with them. Incase if you'll not able to go they will not refund your money. Even you tell it's an emergency owner will see ur text and ignore cuz he is found of his profit only. Good lesson got from him not to trust anyone. Worst hotel.
