My aunt is suffering from A typical parkinsonism, so she can't talk or move her body much, we feed her though spoon and family helps her with daily nature calls. She was admitted in Arya Neuro Spine & Super Speciality hospital which is located in H Upadhyay Nagar, Ajmer Raj. Admitted on 6-sep 2023 & they instantly admitted her to the ICU. She was getting worse as they weren't taking care of her even in the ICU. They were not letting the family visit her. When my family visited her with much requests, even the drip was off. No one was allowed there and they were saying that no treatment is possible, when we asked why are you keeping the patient, doctors specifically said "THIS IS NOT AMERICA, PATIENT DOESN'T RECOVER IN A DAY, IF U WANT TO TAKE YOUR PATIENT HOME THEN PLEASE DO."

Time given for doctor's appointment was 10 A.M. and doctor came at 11 A.M and there was no proper sitting and waiting arrangement. Ortho patients were literally standing for an hour because the ortho doctor came one hour late. I would not recommend this hospital at all
