Very poor customer service. Never ever shop there. There are multiple people trying to manage the shop and they lack clarity themselves. They claim to deliver home, but have to do lots of follow up. The owner of the shop is rude.
Best quality fish and pets. Maintenance team also available in case you need routine maintenance done for your aquarium.
I find them good. They keep stock of known as well as new food and accessories brands.
I wish to give my genuine heartfelt feed back on the owners, especially Ms Bhagyasree... very professional and supportive... even when there is an issue related to the purchases, they go out of the way to support the clients... even when we buy the pet products from them, all informations and suggestions are provided with utmost sincerity... they are definitely a one stop shop for all our pet needs... Kudos to Ms Bhagyasree and the team
A one stop solution for ur pets need. We regularly order kittens food from there. They do have proper billing and home delivery system as well.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They don't know how to talk to the customer when they repeatedly make mistakes on your order. They expect customers to check order every time it is sent so wrong order even if delivered can be returned to them on request. High prices, they think they have monopoly because they are the only shop in Chandivali so they have attitude. Please save your time, money and energy and buy from other shops than rely on these people who repeated mix up orders and then give customers shade for no reason. PATHETIC!
Very good place for buying pet supplies. I've bought my fish tank from here and it's wonderful. No issues at all.
From Fishes , Dogs , Cats , Rats , Birds , Hedgehog etc you can get here . You can also groom them over here.. A bit costly since its in that area but worth it
