Worst services given by staff and management, inexperienced manager unskilled labours, fooling customer by charges higher labour charges which is unacceptable ,I would recommend people not go to them as they charge you unacceptable labour charges, Do not Go to This Store ,i strongly recommend you !!!!
Very up today shop with latest equipments. Quick service and well organized shop.
Useless staffs.... Today i waited for almost 15 minutes before the shop for my wheel alignment get done... 4 of the staffs simply standing before the shop instead of doing work.... Last i left the shop without getting my workdone
Very pathetic service.....they are making you fool while doing alignment....if you go to any other place alignment guys will drive your car by own by making sure that alignment done is perfect...but not here....they just do the alignment.... in fact I also did alignment from that shop...after my car started pulling towards left...when I went to these guys...the guy who is sitting in the counter drove the car and said its perfect...further I went to another shop and they did the alignment perfect...

My husband and I brought a punctured tire to MRF. They plugged it and said "it will last a while, don't worry". They charged Rs. 150, more than the last time we had a plug fix. But charged Rs. 50 more when they put the tire on in place of the spare. When I asked the person in charge today why he failed to mention the extra charge, he said we've not been trained to give additional information. The guys moved slow and were unsure on everything they did. After 2 days the air had leaked out. So we brought it back. The "tire professional" rolled the tire, stopped at his own handiwork from 2 days before and asked if this was the same tire as before. YEP! So 4 guys look at this single tire. They drill another hole in it, plug it again and air continues to come out. Then one guy says "There must be something wrong with the tire". My husband and I agree. "Yes, there's a hole in it. We paid Rs. 200 and we've had to come back, now there's a bigger hole in it and 2 plugs and no resolution." Now this car is only 6 months old, and after they widened the hole and tried to add a second plug, our chances of a true fix were getting slim fast. So they offer to sell us a tube for another Rs. 600. At this point we're no longer comfortable with their service. We're thinking this is a scam for sure. "Ok fine, roll our Rs. 200 into the cost of the tube and we'll pay you Rs. 400 so we can just go on our way." The manager (in training) with 1 month of experience says "no but we'll do the service for free the tube MRP is 600". We tried to reason with him, and at this time he's no longer looking us in the eye and say no no. He claimed his "experts" had done the best they could and that punctures weren't guaranteed. Sure, I get the guarantee point, but not when someone (definitely not an expert) has exacerbated the problem. "Ok fine, give us back the Rs. 200 and we'll go take care of the problem somewhere else." He declines that idea stating they performed a service and he won't give the refund. Now this was interesting! So we educate him on good customer service, between my husband and I, we have about 20 years of management, customer service and business ownership. So he says you can talk to the owner but he's out of station and his phone is unreachable. .. this went back and forth and we didn't see a resolution in sight. Long story short, my husband had to raise his voice to the "manager" and camped out in the office until he finally gave the money back. We thanked him, shook his hand and informed him that this was the easy fix from the beginning, if the company can't service the customer properly. Rs. 200 + a tire worse off than when we came, and an expectation that more money has to be spent to fix it properly or heaven forbid it have to be replaced, (3k-4k more)...his response... "yeah whatever"
