Stayed for a day in Balcony view room. Extraordinary nature experience. Special kudos to Guru who made sure all are needs are met. Tourist from TN can take his help for communication as he knows Tamil. Overall a very good experience.
The accommodations were simple and clean, and the service provided by their staff was absolutely exceptional. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the attentiveness throughout our stay, we felt truly valued as a guest. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly playing in the very nearest beautiful waterfall and enjoying the chlorine-free swimming pool which used refreshing well water. Additionally, I highly recommend indulging in their exceptional ginger tea during your stay there. We want to extend my deepest gratitude to all the staffs at Aruvi Resort for their dedication and professionalism. Their commitment to delivering outstanding service created memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for making our stay so remarkable, and I look forward to returning in the future
We were here at the property for 2 nights and had an amazing experience throughout our stay. The staff is super polite and cooperative. The waterfalls view is spectacular.the private waterfalls are very good and we spent our good time over there.The hotel premises are good but maintenance is required in the walkway area,pool and playing area.The rooms are good with spacious balconies. The breakfast buffet taste was good but needs more variatios. A great property to spend & relaxing vacation.Compared to other resorts, aruvi provided the best price.

Superb location, good food. The accommodation we stayed at 104. The behaviour of Mr.Aneesh(Manager) and his entire team was energetic and awesome.
The resort area was a little off the town of munnar..but the waterfall near and view of waterfall is awesome..service is good.Room is good..liked the stay..pool could have been better.but pool water is not clorinated like other pools in resorts.
The view of the resort was superb .the accomodation is great and clean.very nice services and staff are available in a singles call. The main hilite of the resort is infront view of the waterfall and their approach of customers
It's highly recommended stay in munnar the resort is located in front of waterfalls. You can play and enjoy in waterfalls. The location is very peaceful and calm. I'm very thankful to them for gave very comfortable stay. Choose balcony room for waterfalls views
