Excessive wait times and unnecessary delays have left me incredibly frustrated, with the staff seemingly only maintaining professionalism in the presence of Dr. Lad. Dr. Bhide is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my fathers health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every visit. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Arunodaya Hospital all of the staff was great - they were helpful.
Recently my wife got operated for gall bladder removal due to gall stones. In Dr. Bhide we found combination of skilled Dr. and good human being. Staff is also very cooperative. Cleanliness is maintained. Only problem faced was small rooms with inadequate ventilation.
Worst service from billing department and receptionist. Doctors and sisters are good will try to give their best but person from billing department and reception will frustrate you. Once you paid your bill no one will give a response. Acter care treatment is worst. And don't get admit if you they not accept cashless insurance since they take too much time to just sign the insura form.

The worst experience every time I visit for my dad's check up. The doctors and nurses takes things for granted. They book the appointment and keep patients waiting for long time. No respect Shown whatsoever for the patients time. Doctor doesn't visit the clinic on time and list of problems go on and on....
Wrost service. Staff really don't care about your time. They will do work when they want to. System is very poor. No management at all. Doctors need to appoint good staff who know how to handle patients and give proper treatment for guests.
