It is a useless hospital. There is no system here. The hospital is exactly like a matchbox.

Worst Hospital and D-grade doctor they literally don't hve any knowledge.

Behaviour of male receptionist was noticed very bad today. He is very rough. While I was enquiring from lady receptionist, other one male receptionist answered unnecessarily disturbing us. He should be advised to tackle public in good manner.

Horrible experience, my mother-in-law got admitted for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy(gallbladder stone operation) last week, Dr. Indranil Paul, the most irresponsible doctor in the world, treated her and did the surgery, but there was no post operation care for the patient from his end and no MD doctor visited her post operation, ultimately the patient underwent massive cardiac arrest on the 3rd night post operation and the hospital authority asked us whether the patient had any critical heart issues before!!!! What the hell is this!! Is this not a joke?? They did all sorts of preoperative tests, ecg, echocardiogram and all, but they couldn't find anything before the operation, ultimately when my mother-in-law had massive cardiac arrest and they shifted her to ICU they asked us to shift her to another hospital, as they don't have any setup to treat this kind of patients, they couldn't call any cardiologist on emergency basis, it was midnight then, we called several hospitals but didn't get any assurance from anywhere, the heart rate of the patient was fluctuating around 180, and they couldn't measure BP as it was well below normal, the MD doctor who finally came for the critical care was Abhijit Khotal, he said that it was not a cardiac issue then and a cardiologist had nothing to do with the patient at that point of time, they pushed her an injection to normalise the BP, they asked us to wait for 5 to 6 hours, finally we didn't take the risk to transfer our mother to any hospital in kolkata as anything could happen on the way and there was no assurance that the patient would get admission to a new hospital then, we waited outside the ICU whole night with deep anxiety and hoping that our mother would recover in the morning, we called several times our surgeon Dr. Indranil Paul that night but he never picked our call, all our prayers went in vain and in the morning they declared that our mother had expired, is this the hell of a society we are living in? Whole night a nursing home which is not giving free service and charging very good amount from the patient party is not equipped with proper setup for the critical unit, they are not showing minimum professionalism, they are not able to call a specialist doctor on emergency basis, they are not providing post operation care , they cannot refer to any nearby hospital where patients can be admitted, they are not running hospitals actually, they are running slaughterhouse where patients are brutally murdered mercilessly..

My wife's delivery done here by dr mriganko Saha sir at arunadaya Health care Pvt Ltd, I got my little princess here, the staffs and sisters are very politely to me and my family members.. only there was some issue regarding the doctor revisit rather everything was very nice...

Doctors are always taken a good care of patients that's a nice part ever..and from to the sister point of view patients r more polite thn the patient parties!!so care about this topic..

The doctors with all the staff are very good, the practice is very nice, the conversation of the women working at the reception is very helpful, the medical system is good

Staff misbehaving with patient relatives, Surojit & Prashanta r one no worst fellow, these 2 r one no culprit of the hospital, they dont know how to talk with patient relatives. At reception no one is having responsibility, they dont anything. Management should take action against surojit.
