Visited this hotel recently with my family. Overall the food was good and the person who served us was very polite and attentive. We had a good meals. The food is prepared by the owner of the restaurant and they serve only breakfast and lunch. Though the food was good the ambience was not so good. They charge 70rs for meals which is nominal. If you want to have good veg meals in Thirunallaru, you can visit this restaurant. But if you are looking for good ambience, this is not the right place.

A small establishment, but the food (meals) was excellent. The lemon pickle tasted very fresh, and the food had a very homemade quality to it. The server was very attentive and very polite. For 70 rupees, they provided generous quantities of potato, kootu, pickle, appalam, rice, sambar, karakuzhambu, rasam and buttermilk. Would highly recommend eating here after visiting thirunallar saneeswaran temple.

The food is really good and the items are limited however each item tastes good.. We had 3 plates of Idli, 2 plates poori, 1 plate dosa, 1 plate vada.. For two people with water bottle costed 190 rupees only

We have booked ac room here with extra bed. They gave small quilt kind of bed that too 5 feet without any bedsheets. Single towel for 3 of us, no shampoo. A bit bad experience. But ac, room wise no problem.
We had a very good experience staying in JMS Gurukul Thirunallaar. Staffs were very friendly, rooms were very neat and clean. Bathrooms were tidy. Good and comfortable stay, this hotel is very close to the temple. Go for it!!
