Aruna Hospital - Tumkur - Private hospital in Tumakuru - Tumakuru, India

It was the most beautiful moment of our lives, on the 10th of April, 2023, when we were blessed with our first child, at Aruna Hospital in Tumkur. We live in Mumbai, where my wife spent 6 months of her pregnancy, and came to Tumkur in the 7th month for her delivery. I still remember so vividly that it was very tough for me to leave Mumbai and come to Tumkur after 6 months of consultation and care at our gynaecologist in Mumbai. But as my wife's parents wouldn't have it any other way, we had no option but to come to Tumkur for the final delivery. I parted with our gynaecologist in Mumbai with a heavy heart and came to Tumkur. Only to realise that the same care continued here, and that we couldn't have found a better place to see our baby come into this world. We are so thankful to Dr Sourabha Natesh and Dr Lalitha Avadhani for making this possible. Dr Sourabha is so very kind, caring, loving and supportive. She is a very fine Doctor with a wealth of knowledge. She imparted us with the much-needed knowledge, strength and support pre and post-delivery. I remember an instance when senior Dr Lalitha Avadhani once came after midnight at 1 am to just check on our baby. I have no words for all that they have done. They provided us with good knowledge and guidance during the third trimester of the pregnancy, through till delivery and post-delivery. I am equally thankful to the paediatrician Dr Maiya for his service, instructions, assurance, and care post-delivery. A special shout out to Ms Madhumita for her counselling and sweet words of encouragement which gave us a whole lot of confidence. She also gave us some wonderful advice. The hospital is spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff keep cleaning the common areas such as the floor area, passages, windows, and doors multiple times a day. They were always on time to clean our room early in the morning. We never for once had to call them to do their duties. The nurses, sisters and brothers were always so kind and helpful, irrespective of it being day or night. They were always around. The nurses came in the middle of the night for any help my wife needed with our baby. The billing and accounts team at the reception were clinical in their work as well. There is a 24/7 pharmacy near the reception as well, which makes the entire experience so convenient and easy. They also have a canteen in the basement - Ram Foods, serving good coffee and modest snacks and meals. Mahesh from Ram Foods was always prompt with his service. The watchmen and security guards are nice too! Nice people all around. :) I would once again like to thank Dr Sourabha Natesh and Dr Lalitha Avadhani for all that they have done for us. It was great experience with Aruna hospital. Dr. Lalitha is one of the best gynaecologists in the town. I was admitted for 6 days in hospital , staff was very helpful and on toes all the time. Madhumita the PRO explained each n every step very well.

The environment of hospital is good. Doctor Radhesh sir treated us nicely answered all the questions with a smile and clam. one of the best doctors in the city. Good surgeon in the town .

Doctor sourabha treated me in very friendly nature and she explained each and every steps of my pregnancy changes during every visit. On 16 th June 2023 we blessed with our first baby girl. We are there for 6 days all 6 days we felt like home it's self. Staffs and nurses are well behaved and Hygiene is very good, really i appreciate hygiene.
